In between Putrajaya and Cyberjaya, there is this hidden enclave that is packed with low rise apartments and one of it will be Sawtelle Suites. This is located about 10 mins away from the Shaftsbury, which is a commercial area but walking distance away from the Putrajaya lake.
Unfortunately once we drive into the development, there will be an obvious abandoned project at the side. It just gives eerie vibes to the sense of arrival but there are nothing that residents can do to help the matter:/
However the unit in contrast really stood out! The experience is so good as the dimensions of space were generous. And this is official the duplex layout that I prefer compared to the version where double volume is located at the kitchen.
For rent, this is extreme value for money. For investment, this product does not match the need of the address:/
Love all the greeneries. But the point you raised about the mismatched product and target really hit the nail on the head. Too bad the maintenance seems poor. I really like the openness and lack of boundaries among the different projects. Gives a much more relaxing vibe
This place deserves better management
From what i know, the residence next door (Cyberview Heights) and Sawtelle shared the same management. Both residence are able to use each others' facilities. Sawtelle can access Cyberview area, and use the private entrance to get to the lake park area
No space for fridge freezer jeez terrible the designer needs to get their head examine

Also no space for clothes, shoes and other stuff. It's for some minimalist couple.

No space for fridge?
Hotel suites room are bigger than this therefore I feel like the people who buy this will at most be young married couples or single man or women who don’t have kids cuz by the time they have kids they won’t have any space to run around let alone having so little space might feel claustrophobic for a family more than 2-3 max . But again for 200-300 thousand I don’t expect much , in fact for 300k it’s actually quite cheap for a condo of this size so I guess you get what you pay for
There’s a new development called Myra cove that’s coming up. It’s very interesting and I can’t wait to see it built

This place…man I know the stories cause of friends staying in cyber heights. I do hope it gets better cause it’s a shame the other properties need to pay for their maintenance

They put so much effort into creating the park....except to put an actual car park.
This project facilities is very unique until Sean is confused , which is very rare 😅
Yea. The boundary lines are very blur. There are no clear demarcation of area of maintenance.
