Hii, so, I didn't read the whole manga completely, but, yes, they are happy together :3 they are a beautiful couple, they are more than ever in love with each other, and well ... Like it or not, they are made for each other, the anime practically revolves around their feathers, so they are destined to to be together, the flame of their love grows more and more each day.
But the manga isn't over yet :( but, I think in the future, the end will come, and then, we can see Shirayuki and Zen getting married, having their family and living happily ever after.

The way that season 2 ended was kinda a cliff hanger. So that means it’s been left open for perhaps another season! I love this anime so much and I really hope there’s a 3rd season.
Though for anime’s it’s not uncommon to be left on cliffhangers. Anime’s don’t usually last to long in Japan and end up only having 2 seasons. Any anime with more than 2 seasons hast to be really popular and successful!
Hopefully the original creator of the manga Sorata Akiduki sees all this love and decides to continue the series!
