I just love how many reactors who haven't seen the original movie think that the whole backstory of Broly hating Goku for crying as a child is just the Abridged comedy version while it is the actual backstory in the original🤣

Fun fact, King Kai wasn't lying when he said it was a Chevrolet Bel-Air, it actually IS one. Also note Goku just said "a galaxy" but Paragus instantly was like "WHO WOULD BLOW UP SOUTH GALAXY?" he is very lucky Goku isn't the brightest lightbulb.

I would also have loved to see the Abridged version of Bojack Unbound. Not only because of Gohan but also because, Bojack has been an ‘acquaintance’ of King Kai’s and Goku’s thanks to being trapped in his planet all throughout Abridged.
The dynamic there would have been interesting to see had it been made.
Yeah, Bojack was built up since season 1, only to blue-ball everyone.

@@clarissaterry6507 Well movie villains haven’t appeared in it yet (even though in this Bojack was more of a series character than movie since he only appeared in the series) so I doubt it unless they start adding movie villains.

That's actually a reference to one of the English dubs, where Vegeta mentions Goku's father was the one who invented the artificial moon. In the second Bardock movie by TFS, he himself says he's working on "this moon thing"

Probably my favorite experience in the whole of DBZA, and it's ironic because of how reluctant TFS was about doing this movie. Broly is indeed the maximum mix between cool and dumb

Seeing Krillin punching Goku reminded me of something. All members of the dragon team are much stronger than the average human.
In Abridged, Cell even brings up how he's made of "the galaxy's strongest fighters" while showing the team. Krillin and Gohan even comment on the energy they feel.
They might not be Saiyans or Namekians, but they are still superhuman.
That Trunks frame where he was just purely done and in fear was the best, I remember laughing so hard in computer class I gave myself away (cuz I was supposed to be doing an exam)

I'll explain the Broly's (DBZ) form for you
·Super Saiyan A-Type: this is a Super Saiyan form of the the Legendary Super Saiyan but the users power is greatly suppress. Broly(DBZ) wore that crown that kept him under control as well his power which is why his hair was bluish-purple color and times pink depending on the lighting of the environment.
·Super Saiyan C-Type: basically this is the Super Saiyan form of the Legendary Super Saiyan with perfect energy control. It's similar to the standard SSJ form but what makes this different is because it's part of the Legendary branch
·Legendary Super Saiyan/Super Saiyan B-Type: it's regarded as the "True Form" of the Saiyans and as the "Berserk" form. This form is first awakened with intense sorrow and referred to as being the "legendary Super Saiyan" due to the user's love of destruction and slaughter - just like the Super Saiyans of legend. Unfortunately for the user, maintaining the form usually requires a massive release of a significant amount of energy, if left unchecked, the buildup of energy would destroy the user from the inside out at least in the manga of DBSuper. Venting the energy also causes varying levels of fatigue, at a bare minimum forcing the user to pant, and in more severe cases even causing the user to emit steam from their body afterwards. Keeping the energy might cause the form's user severe fatigue as seen before he released their energy in a devastating way and may cause them to revert to their normal form and tire them out very quickly.

Yo Melon, so piccolo actually brought his own ship, that's the one you see Roshi and the others leave on, and the one that Goku instant transmissions everyone to when the comet hits.

Also TFS said there is a deleted scene from this movie with Emperor Pilaf in which he gets PTSD at the sight of Goku but they haven’t released it yet. They also have a crapload more things that have been taken down by Toei animation.

This movie is my favourite by TFS. Lord Slug next, and Super Android 13. Whenever I feel sad, I watch DBZA. They did a real good job on this series.

I got a DVD containing all the Broly Movies at Walmart a few or 2 years ago and I really love his character in the second movie, he acts more intelligent in that and isn't shouting Kakarot mindlessly but in the first movie, Base Broly is creepier than in this and silent or doesn't do talking.
Piccolo used the Capsule Corp spaceship. Which Roshi, Krillin and Oolong left in and then Guku used instant transmission to get him and the others to (including shamoshans in the end). Notice that the ship Paragus brought everyone on was destroyed by Broly.
The other world tournament is like, the afterlife tournament

From day 1 when I started watching DBZA all those years ago, I was waiting to see SSJ2 gohan vs Bojack animated. When episode 60, part 1 came out it only made me yearn for DBZA movie 9 more, couldn’t wait to see what they would do in that moment, especially with that awesome soundtrack.

Well, TFS has clarified that they really only hate this movie’s version of Broly for how a potentially interesting character is wasted with a really dumb motivation. They’ve stated that later versions of Broly are much more interesting.

The voice actor for Krillan is actually a very good singer. So, he had to find a song that he could actually try to sound bad at, but as you saw he still killed it. This is a case of a great singer trying to sound bad instead of a bad singer trying to sound great.
