    VW temperature light may flash if the coolant level is low or the temperature sensor is faulty.

    My light was popping up but I noticed the connecter plug wasn’t snugly plugged the coolant reservoir drove it around for 30 minutes in the hot sun and it didn’t pop back on idk I wish they would stop trying to to be different and just put a hot cold gauge on their for your coolant regardless I appreciate you

    Thank you, thank you. My Jetta was doing the same thing. I thought it was something major. Comes out to be that the tab where clip goes to the sensor broke off. Got a new coolant reservoir and fix my problem. Thank you again.

    Hi, I have a similar problem with the cooling temperature. The level is at normal, at maximum, instead with each key the indicator light on the board lights up. The temperature does not jump 90 ° what can it be?
    It s about Golf mk6 1.4mpi CGGA

    When i turn the key on my vw golf 2000 model, the temp light comes on . I replaced temp light , fans are on has oil. Its like a code need to be reset. Whats your opinión themastate?

    I have a beetle 2014 .
    When i turn up the car the temp lemp light i drive for a bit i turn off the car and i turn up again the temp lemp is gone .
    I changed the sensor but still is the issue is not fixed yet .
    Rq : the temperature is 90 degree .

    Have flashing hot and then cold temperature gauge..changed the the over flow water bottle... did not work..... Any suggestions for the possible fix?

    What if it's not low level and you change the sensor and it still comes back and flashes?

    This video doesnt really explain anything. My coolant level is low so do i just fill it up on top or do i drain it and then fill it up? How do i fill it up? No one shows you how to fill it it up.

      Fill it up with antifreeze until you reach the line
