This diwali is my first year away from home and I am terribly lonely and homesick even though i didn't let that show in front of my family. Hey. You who are stressed about your studies.
Take a deep breath. In through the nose. And out through the mouth. Done? Okay, listen to me. You're gonna be fine. Pushing yourself to work harder and harder is not going to make things better. Trust me. So just try to take a break and do something relaxing. Take a walk or listen to some music. Go talk to someone. Drink some water, it's important not to get dehydrated. Something I often do when I'm stressed out is put on some karaoke and sing. It doesn't matter if I'm singing well or not, it just helps to get any frustration and tension out of the system.
And once you're feeling relaxed, come back with a fresh mind, ready to intake and memorize new information. You've got this! Keep going. I'm proud of you.
