Now that you are already studying EEE, then you should definitely develop a love for EEE. If possible then you can transfer to BME which will integrate medical and engineering. If you can not then just focus on learning more and selecting your passion from the various possible job opportunities as mentioned in the video.

If you are weak in maths, I would not recommend studying engineering at all. Perhaps study BBA or any other course which does not have lots of math.

I honestly would not discriminate based on male or female. If you’ll like working in computers for long hour, then you can certainly consider studying computer science but if you’ll like electronics or civil, then go for those.

Not at all. IEB certification doesn’t matter that much. It only helps to connect with a network which you can anyway without the university.

Congratulations for being eligible to study at SUST. CSE degree will prepare you as a coding expert. It depends on your preference if you want to become a coder or a mechanical engineer or EEE engineer or something else. All fields have good opportunities. I have heard from many students that they choose CSE by only hearing from others but they regret later as it is too coding-programming intensive.

No matter whichever field you study, you need to have basic computer skills. For any Engineering degree, you will need good technical skill. Your ability to equip yourself with technical and soft skill will make you job-ready. So, my recommendation is to develop basic skills in computer first, study diligently and not think about job now.
