draupadi motivated Pandavs to prove their heroism that's why their name is written in the history as brave, true and honest warriors who defeated injustice and set an example in front of the world.
I think it was less motivation and more of taunt..mostly directed towards Yudhishthir(arguably,rightfully so) If you remember, the Pandavs with the exception of Yudhishthir had already taken oaths on how they will kill the perpetrators of the heinous act of 'cheer haran' during the incident itself. That had to happen anyway,Draupadi's feeling of revenge was just the log in the fire. She never let them forget.
Imagine we had such a strong,female character centuries and centuries before the West had even uttered the words 'women empowerment' or 'Feminism'. For that matter,even Kunti, Satyavati were strong female characters.
इस example में ये भी सेट है की द्रोपदी ने इस युध्द में अपने पत्रों , पिता और भाईयों की भी आहुति दी। द्रोपदी और पांडवों ने कई अवसरों पर कर्ण का भी अपमान किया, अगर ये काम उन्होने ना किया होता तो शायद दुर्योधन के साथ कर्ण नही होता

I think the scene at the end of the episode when Duryodhan was so angry that he was willing to kill his own uncle if he failed him perfectly symbolised the character of Duryodhan and the fact that Shakuni himself was scared as hell by his own nephew who he raised to be like this is irony at its best, and quite hilarious.
