For most of this I was thinking up some dumb ideas, like: "Take the zombie egg, you could spawn an iron golem."
Or when you had to hit the item frame with the trident, I was pretty much certain that you had to smite thyself.
Try making your OWN Minecraft Prison, and make your friends escape. That would be some cool content
This is already on my list of ideas definitely coming at some point!

This isn’t a prison, this is an escape room. Prisons are buildings that stop you from escaping at all costs. Escape rooms have a way to escape that you need to figure out.

honestly, what stopped you (and im sure there is something) from just using the creeper to blast yourself up the 1 block spot. for that matter! you could have used the trident to get the item frame down rather then wasting/using the snowball

By the way, these arent prisons. Prisons dont give you tools to escape. These prisons are actually just big escape rooms.
The way people like Mythrodak escape is not by being given tools to escape but by exploiting the ways the prison is keeping them in and/or smuggling tools into the prison to aid their escape.
So, try to escape Pandoras Vault. Also, dont look up a guide.
I wonder how long its gonna take without being given tools to escape.

Instead of waiting for cactus to grow you could build up, break the block under you and use the fishing rod to get the item. Repeat this process until you get to the top.
Sand has gravity and cactus immediately breaks if it has nothing underneath it, so I’m not sure this would work

1:49. Another solution for this puzzle, take the creeper and let it blow up next to you (While your near the entrance to the next room), but not that close so you don't take damage. The explosion will send you up a few blocks, sending you into the next room.
