I was 4 and I still remember this quite vividly. I came home from preschool to find out Maverick had run away and I simply asked, "When is he coming home?" All the adults looked at each other and I guess they made a silent agreement or something. My grandma said "He'll come home when he's ready" It wasn't until when I was 8 and asked "is Maverick every coming home?" My grandma then told me how old dogs sometimes run away to find a quiet place to die. I cried. I had a new dog at this point. He is a Bischon Frise. His name is Jake and he's now getting to the end of his life and it makes me sad. He's lived a very long, mostly happy life so far though. He is 15 in human years.

This really made me shed a tear, maybe a few more. It's pretty much the most relatable song for a broken hearted person, like me. I face a lot of troubles but they are nothing compared to the others. According to my faith. The son of God didn't die for who you could/want to be.
In psychology I learned about the ideal self vs the real self. The ideal self is who we want to be and who we think we should be. The real self is who we really are.
My faith says that Jesus sacrificed himself for who you are. Not that fantasy version of yourself that you think of when you hate yourself.

God loves you. You’ve probably heard that sentence over and over, but never felt like it has proved it’s worth. I can tell you, God is an author. He writes out your story, and he may have twists and turns. You may loose everyone special, but in the end, just like an author, he loves every single person.
Don’t give up ever, stay strong, and pray to God. He will help you. It may take a while, no author rushes their work, but in the end it will all turn out.

Ive always wondered if i was just a mistake... but then i remember my friends... my family... who would they be without me on their journey. Would they be the same person or would they change... i have a few friends who tell me they wouldnt know what to do i was never there for them... if i wasnt here, one of them would be on a bad path... but theyre okay, in love, and thriving...
i may feel like a mistake on this planet at times, and i dont know where im going, but know my life means something to someone.
I hope everyone else thinks that too, and if you still struggle, then know that believe in you. This world is struggling now, but if we keep strong, we will pull through.
