Which Vocation did you max out first?
For me it was the Mystic Spearhand, I fell in love with it
Weirdly i maxed archer as it was super fun - im usually a fighter and love mele but i have to admit archer on the elf quest was fun and i ended up maxing it out! 😮

thief. Still miss assassin, but thief is so fun too
I went all the way to Volcanic Island at level 1 from Vernworth, by the time i was there i was level 18 and unlocked Warfare so that i could maxi it out 😁
Absolutely use Subtley if you are not the tank, trust me. Even the smallest attack cancels your spell or attack.

I feel the only reason why you can’t solo DD2 is because of the stunning is a huge hard stop
Verve and sagacity are very tiny buffs in the grand scheme of things and fall off quite hard being just a flat 30 stat bump. Zeal is only 5% also. It’d be nice if more of the numbers were considered for a video like this since the community needs more of that data
5% plus upgrading formless feint for thief makes the cost insanely low, to the point I think it's worth 😭 I be forgetting I have it on
Agreed. Feel like these damage numbers are far less effective than running defensive or Stam skills that scale much better
i'd say Polarity from Mysitc Spearhand is also a really nice option, giving around like 16 points of strength during the day and magic during the night. pairing it with both verve and sagacity can give you quite a nice buff to damage.
Lethality, Zeal, and Intrepidity are only a 5% boost :/
Also, the 30 point boost from Verve and Sagacity are literally useless by the point you unlock them, it's like this vid is trolling us.
Wish there was a scaling new game plus or a hard mode so I feel like I have some reason to grind and max out everything I just don’t have it in me to play when I’m just slaughtering dragons at lvl 56
What are the most important Augments to have since I can only have seven?
Is stamina improvement that important when the player, at any moment, can open the inventory and drink as many stamina potions as he wants? It is possible even in the middle of climbing (if I am not mistaken).

You'd be surprised how quickly your inventory can exhaust itself with that strat.

I cannot use other vocations augments on my character. Are there any requirements to do so? I have both mage and spearhand at level 8 vocations. Do I have to max the vocation out first?
No you should be able to go to a vocation guild and change it whenever you want

wouldn't dipping into so many vocations throw off your stats like in DD1?
I think your stats redistribute to your current vocation in 2 so leveling vocations won't permanently change anything but augment unlocks
Iirc, you can level how ever you want, BUT there will be minor stat differences by around 11-12% from what I saw in another video. If you’re a numbers person and that 11-12% matters, then do not do this.

It may not affect feint, but it affects pyre, so it makes pyre feint spam better still
Max level is 999 unlike DD1's 200, at that point there's no stat commitment, just play what you like, maybe the first 50 levels do matter but otherwise it's quite irrelevant.
(My experience was that I only used magick classes after lvl 50 to max them, I had 300~ more strength compared to magick and a shit ton of stamina as I had maxed every melee vocation before, at around lvl 70 that difference had become less than 100 so yeah, just play what you like and leave min maxing for when youre bored)

I am thankful for your other guides but this one is bad man carry weight, health and stamina?
What is good then? Most of these augments are just quality of life. Even the damage ones are not that great especially if do not want to level a vocation to max for them.
@@TheBlakamon15 As a warrior these are the augments i use Provocation, Lethality, Diligence, Impact, Pertinacity and Dominance if you are not going for grabs i would switch out Impact with Intervention
I appreciate the feedback but I do recommend some of the augments you mentioned in the video (Lethality and Dominance) @@Rhenryie
I personally don't like Dilligence because you have so many effective ways of blocking / nullifying damage taken
And I didn't include Provocation and its counterpart Subtlety simply because I've had times where I have Provocation and use Bellow / Shield Summons and the monsters still go after my mage (that has Subtlety) , so it's not as consistent as I'd like
@@darkhero2don’t listen to this person.. the video is pretty good. Not ur fault if they don’t know how good some of these stamina ones are (esp for thief), and you did include some damage ones (the damage augments just aren’t very powerful, but still some of the best in the game.
