Bulgur meatballs recipe with yogurt sauce
INGREDIENTS
1 glass of fine bulgur (with 200 ml glass)
200 ml hot water
Finely grate 1 small onion
1 egg
half a tablespoon of tomato paste
3 tablespoons flour
half a glass of semolina
Salt, pepper, cumin
1.5 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
quarter teaspoon of cumin
4-5 tablespoons of warm water
2-3 tablespoons of flour
some water
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion (chopped very finely)
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon paprika paste
some salt, pepper
half a glass of water
4 tablespoons of yogurt
1 clove of garlic
a bit of salt
half a glass of water
