This week we take our Ford Ranger down onto Mesa beach to launch our Rooftop Tinny and spend the day on the water fishing and swimming with dolphins. It was an epic day finished off with a catch and cook.

Great catch and cook episode guys! Definitely the cheese goes first on top of the hot ingredient so that it melts a little. There is no other way to do it!😁😁

I'd have to agree with Reese. The cheese has to go on top of the mince so it melts for tacos. For over 40 yrs I make my salad sandwich in the same order. Otherwise it's all wrong lol. That water is to die for. Lylas words are sure coming along.

Great fishing you saved yourself on the last cast mate ha ha beautiful place you have a great setup boat on the car i agree cheese on top of the hot stuff yeah just wondering you were talking about netflix at the house is there a satellite dish you can buy to put in a caravan to have a TV with heaps of channels

G’Day guys, looks like your still loving life in W.A. A question for you Reece, I have just arrived today in Exmouth and wondering if you have any local land based fishing spots or tips you could share with me. 😀 Cheers mate.

Oh nice, I wouldn't say I know many but I've had some good success at Oyster reef up near the Mildura wreck and around the bundegi flats 👌 anywhere up around the Mildura wreck land based seems to be pretty good so far 👌 I've been fishing mostly Topwater land based either poppers or floating stick baits.

The main setup I use around the shallow inshore stuff is a daiwa saltist mq 4000 paired with either a daiwa td black supercasta 5-10kg or a okuma azores 8-12kg mainly fishing 30lb braid with 40-50lb leader. 👌 I also use a heavy setup in close if throwing poppers or bigger stick baits, there's some big travelly and queenies ect that hang around the shallow reefs and when you hook them on a lighter setup like I did at the start on this you just get smoked by them. It's definitely been abit of trial and error fishing around exy. The local tackle shops in town have a heap of knowledge so it's worth having a chat to them for sure!

Assembly of food items in the correct order is essential. Failure to do so could spell the end of the cosmos. If you put the salad on top of the egg in a burger for example - total armageddon ensues. Or worse, beetroot next to the breadroll - the end of civilisation as we know it.
At home... as a result... I am now forced to assemble all my own food. 🤷♂
Hahahaa 😂😂 you hit the nail on the head mate! Luckily I could get rid of the taco quick enough that noone else noticed where the cheese was put 😉
