Sir can I get first graduate certificate if parents and grandparents have not studied but my brother has got a degree and have not availed the concession. Also if I get the certificate when I have to submit it to get the concession.

Sir my doubt is that an order passed to consider prospectively it might include all, weather the certificate is prior or after eg. If person was oc after his Cate moved to other category becz he got certificate earlier will he not eligible to move to new category
Your question is not clear. Why you are discussing about community reservation here? We are discussing about OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) not OC (Open Category).

There is no validity if it is nativity by birth. If it is nativity by residence, its better to get a new certificate.

Your brother needs to get a certificate from the college that he did not use the concession.

@@Abimv05You need to have a nativity certificate to apply for government quota or should have studied in Tamil Nadu from 6th to 12th.

As far as I know, an OCI candidate should have studied 6-12 in TN to qualify for govt quota. However, please check with the selection committee.
