You guys are so fun! Love your guy's goofiness and the down to earth positivity! Thanks for showing us something new. I never heard of that State Park and that Hike looked heavenly with the gorgeous greenery, flowers, Mountains, iceberg filled lake and Glacier. The Tram looked like alot of FUN. Looking forward to the rest of Alaska!
Oh how I wish I could go back to Alaska. I was there in September 2017, mosquitos & flies were gone!!! Being from the desert, it was beyond BEAUTIFUL to see all the different colored leaves, the mountains that look so majestic and regal!!! I had never seen so much water in my life, or all the different colors of water!!! I still wish I could have been able to go fishing and go to the Native Museums and learn more about the Native Alaskans. Thank you so much for sharing the Beauty that I didn't get to see.
Hello Adventurers😄😄😄, WOW...this was such an AWESOME watch. I can only imagine what it must be like taking a boat ride and camping on a beach with those SPECTACULAR MOUNTAIN VIEWS...AMAZING...and you go out for ice cream...when are you going to share😄😄😄. OUTSTANDING VIDEO👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍!
Picturesque views all around, what a photographer's delight!!! The ice bergs are such unique colors of blue. I was lucky to have visited Alaska a few years back and have great memories of all I saw and did. The peacefulness of nature is like nothing else. Can't wait for your next adventure! 🌻🐕🇺🇸
What an experience! The boat ride, the tram ride, the epic campsite!!! Wow! Not to mention those awesome drone shots. The shots from above you three on the tram were awesome but also made me 😳! The pure joy shown in your videos makes me so happy and brings such a huge smile to my face! Love you❣️ Safe travels❣️😘❤️❤️❤️🐶🥰
At 1:50 Kona had the "what am I getting into here" look on her/his face. The view on the following morning when the sun was out and you could see the lake, the icebergs, the mountains, and of course the glacier was beautiful.
You make life and adventures fun. You are giving me a video and photography class with your presentations. Hopefully I can learn and apply your lessons. An amazing place with so much to see and enjoy. Thanks for sharing your photography tricks and the adventure. Keep on keeping on!😀😀😀😀😀👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks so much for all of your enthusiasm - even during tough weather conditions. Your drone photography really adds to your videos. So glad when Kona can come along on your adventures!
Like we've been telling ourselves when everything isn't perfect...."it's not an adventure if it's easy!" We were happy we could bring our Kona bear with us as well! Thanks!
You two are pretty lucky with the breaks in the clouds and the rain! I. love how you are taking full advantage of everything Alaska has to offer. I like to say I lived in Alaska before it was cool, haha...I lived there in the late 70s to early 80s. It will always hold such a special place in my heart. I could never do another winter there and it can be so beautiful then, but I would take a summer there anytime. The Kenai Peninsula rocks!
We've gotten really lucky with the weather! On our adventures we'll have a rainy day, but then the next day will be partly sunny or clear enough to enjoy all of the scenery! Winter would be tough! We want to come back and get that experience some time too. My great aunt when we told her we were coming here said she visited in the 60s and said she would never come again because it just won't be the same after it got developed for tourists
Just want to say thank you for all the hard work you both do that allows us to see places we will most likely never get to see, it is so appreciated. Your explanations of areas are great. Think you and K’s dad did an exceptional job on the van, love the “open space “ design. Been watching your videos for a few months, they are so well made and informative, thanks again.
Thank you so much! That is a really nice comment and means a lot to us! Kathryn and I worked really hard on the van and learned a lot from her dad and the experience of building. Thanks!
I love the start 'dogs are free, so Kona's coming with us'. I'm so sure you guys would have paid anyway ❤ Bless her for throwing up though - much like me, not good with my sea legs! I watched another vlogger a couple of months back who took her dog over to Norway on the ferry and hadn't realised she needed to give him a tablet of some sort. On their arrival, they were told they'd usually have 3 options - go back on the ferry to Denmark (but this wasn't an option for them as there was no return sailing) spend a crazy amount of money to get the tablet and have him housed at a kennels for 24 hours whilst it was digested... or the 3rd option if she couldn't afford it was 'the unspeakable'! Naturally they prioritised their budget for the happier ending, but your tongue in cheek comment reminded me of it! I thought it was quite awesome how we were treated to the views of the lake, icebergs and beach, then later, more was revealed when the clouds broke up - and the shot up that glacier to the mountain peaks was epic. It looked so much brighter up there. I'm glad you mentioned about the temperature as I was going to ask if it was cold as I imagine you being a bit wet, it'd feel even colder. We've just had a heatwave weekend - cooling down now, but there's something mental about watching cold weather videos that help cool you down. I normally go for Planet Earth's videos, anything to do with mountains in the winter or the poles, but this video did the same at the start! The tram was a bit of a surprise, even though it was in the opening to the video, when Adam said 'we're going to keep it as a surprise' and I saw the trail was called 'Emerald Lake Trail' I was like 'I bet it takes them to an Emerald Lake!' Nope! 🤣🤦♀ This video was everything I was hoping it would be, very much living vicariously through you both!! ❤
Oh yes we definitely would have paid for her to come with us! We'd rather have her with us plus the fee for her probably would've been cheaper and easier than boarding her! We didn't even think to give her some motion sickness medicine. Maybe we'll look into that for next time! We hoped since it was a short ride she'd be fine. Nope! She did better with motion sickness on the return trip. The scene at the lake was magical! We got so lucky with the weather! When we were walking to the boat to go out we were very nervous this would all just be for exercise! That's a good idea to watch something from a cold climate when you're in hot weather. We'll have to try that out. The tram was so much fun! We wish every trail had something like that!
Hands down best travel vlog on yt. Their energy and emotions seep through the internet. I absolutely love them. I do a lot of travelling myself but every video I’m like OOOOO 😂
Loved this adventure. Glad Kona was okay and I know she is living her best life with y'all. The drone footage is excellent. I wish I had started counting how many times Kathryn said, "I am so happy." from the very first CZcams for this trip! I am so happy for both of you and Kona!
Ya we need an "I'm so happy" count! Good idea! This has been a dream trip so far! Kona had a time with the boat rides, but she's a trooper and she made it. She's definitely happier on solid ground! Thanks, Judith!
Epic drone shots in this one! And really awesome job on the editing. So good. How long were you playing on that tram to get some of those shots? Great stuff. Looks like the perfect overnight adventure. I'd love to get out there someday. And ending it with gelato? Come on...perfection.
This was so fun to watch; your excitement is contagious! I was excited at the first view of the glacier; so cool! And that tram ride; I want to go just to do that! And the drone views were amazing!! GREAT JOB!!
Wow what a 24 hours! Loved the drone shots when you guys were on the tram! So beautiful. And it wouldn’t be a video without the A&K dance. Great video guys ~Cara 😊
Every time I see Kathryn eating the Chicken Coconut Curry, she makes it look so good! I know my married daughter does not have her to go bag ready for her and her husband as we live in California (earthquakes, fires, floods, you know). So this may be the best incentive/suggestion to make one adding these as a anniversary gift. Besides, my daughter loves curry! :)
You guys are hilarious 😂 Kona has more adventures than me. I am going to have to plan an overnight camping trip there one weekend. I am glad y'all had fun. You two take the best videos and make the best commentaries. Very interesting to watch. Keep up the great work 😀
Amazing video and so beautiful. Alaska is amazing and so beautiful. I found your videos last week and I have really enjoyed every single one of them. I was looking for more adventures and found this one. What an amazing trip and so beautiful. I am so glad the sun came out so you could enjoy seeing all of the beauty. I can't imagine camping and waking up to see a glacier. Have a safe trip, looking forward to seeing your new adventures.
Oh what an awesome trip! Nothing like the Kenai. I bet that glacier comes from the Harding Ice Field, going up there would be difficult with a dog the trail is such that you will sink in ankle deep and then when the ground looks sketchy it’s solid. I got a stick and kept poking the ground when I went up there and there are these marmots who will scream if you get too close. I’ve never been to a place like that before, a ranger saw me coming down and she said oh I know where you went. It’s crazy how the colors of glaciers will change with cloudy days. Yes it’s 100 here today and I wish I was there for sure. Looking forward to the next one!
Yes this glacier does come from the Harding Ice Field. The colors of glaciers in different conditions is pretty wild to witness! We are certainly fascinated by glaciers!
Your iceberg dance was quite cool ! How you maintain your pace as well as endurance and yet have time to share this with all of us is beyond me. Your tenacity is remarkable and grateful for your energy as I am loving every video. Thank you again for your inspiration and providing such a wonderful window into your lives. Hugs from your Oregon Buddy !
What a beautiful spot to camp in the fog or sunshine. It was nice to see Kona got to go as well. Your gelato reminded us of all the delicious ones we had in Italy and now that we had it there we are actually more discerning . So great you could find it in Alaska. Thanks for sharing.
It was such a great spot to camp! We loved having Kona with us. The gelato was really good. It's been awhile since we've been over there, but we think it could hang with them in Italy!
Wow guys! Getting better and better with every new video. Beautiful landscape and that glacier! Awesome! I always say this, but thanks from the bottom of my heart for sharing with us this adventure. Stay safe! ❤️
the Mountain House rice & chicken meal is so good.. i used to work at The Prospector (clothing/gear store in AK) and would buy it on my lunch break. i even eat it at home, it's that good 😆
I look forward to your videos every week. Love the hikes and your energy, enjoying every little bit of the journey. You always inspire me to do more adventures 😁
wow. what an incredibel hike, those ice caps reminde of NewFouldland.. Such beautiful secenery you guys are haveing the time of your life. And coods to Kona great dog and enjoying every minute. Keep sending us your inspiring adventures. Much appreciated😄🙏🦮
We (hubby, myself, son 12 yrs & girls 5 & 3.5 yrs) did that hike in July of 2002 It is still among my favorite memories EVER. The two of you should check out the Kenai Canoe Trails (our all time best Alaskan adventure).... and don't let the age of my girls decieve you as to the 'easiness" both are Texas born/Alaskan raised by a truly adventurous daddy 😀
another great informative video with lots of good tips about camping in bear country. Your editing skills are commendable - great story telling. This is one thing you are likely to be saying many years from now when you look back - "Man, I am so glad I/we did this when I/we were younger!" I spend a lot of time on Trip Advisor (TA) forums. I recommended your videos on the AK forum last week to someone that was looking at hiking. Found a way that did not include a url link as TA seems to delete posts with links to sites that are deemed commercial/or people earn money from. Looking forward to the next one.
I live in Homer and Palmer, AK and been watching your videos from the start. Been adding things to my Travel bucket list from your videos. My daughter wants to go to Antelope Canyon so I pulled up your travel guide for Page, AZ. Thank you letting us travel with you! 😊
It's been a wet cool summer up in Alaska guys!! That means early freeze and bunches of snow this year... The earth has started to tilt back on her axis.... 15-20 year cycles... the scenery is beyond beautiful!!
Funny/stupid story...we took the water taxi to a completely isolated campground 1 mile west of the Saddle Trailhead, then used an inflatable kayak to paddle over to the trailhead. Everything went smoothly in the morning when Halibut Cove was calm/smooth. After returning to our kayak from our Grewingk hike, we discovered that Halibut Cove was no longer so calm. 😂 Thankfully, a really nice guy with a real boat happened to be picking up his family at the trailhead and offered us a ride back to our campsite. With the insane 20+ foot tides, I didn't want to risk him getting stuck, so we transitioned back into the inflatable kayak a hundred feet or so from shore and paddled with the waves to get back to our campsite. If it weren't for that guy, we would've spent a very cold and lonely night at the trailhead. That's probably the sketchiest thing I've ever done, and I won't be taking an inflatable kayak on the ocean ever again, even if it's called the "Sea Eagle". 😂 I loved the tram, but it was a real workout once you get out towards the middle. lol Oh, did locals tell you that there's no grizzlies/brown bears out there? That's what they told me! First bear scat I saw definitely was NOT black bear scat. 😂
That would be an amazing camping experience - I think I'd even be willing to camp in a tent for those views! That cable car was so fun - but what an arm workout.
Way good video….loved the Alaskan scenery. I really enjoyed this adventure. I spent 6 days in Homer a few years ago photographing Eagles. It is amazing to walk down that dock walkway to get on a boat, and then walk level on the same walkway in the afternoon. Tidal movements can be as much as 25 feet. Top notch video….loved every minute. 🥇👏🏻🥰
Welcome to my home town! So pleased the weather cleared a bitfor you and also that Kona got to enjoy the trip as well. We had an epically sunny, hot summer here, but I am afraid it has ended. A quick note - as you drive off the spit, at the base is Kachemak Bay Drive on your right. You will see a gravel bar extending out into Mud Bay, which is accessible from Kachemak Bay Drive on your right - a great place to let Kona run if no other dogs around. Hope you enjoy Seward.
We might've caught the tail end of that weather when we arrived in Alaska in June, but ever since then it's been pretty rainy! But that doesn't stop us! Good to know that spot for next time. Thanks!
We did that hike last summer getting dropped off at Glacier Spit and picked up at the Saddle Trailhead. I would probably recommend doing it that way as the Saddle Trail is the steepest portion of the trail and you get to do it downhill. The hand cart was much more difficult than I anticipated, but a lot of fun. Be prepared for bears as we saw black bears. Probably the best hike I've ever taken.
We didn't mind the incline, especially since the mileage was so short. It is an incredible hike! We thankfully didn't see bears, but we appreciated that there were bear boxes at the campground. I wish we would've known that beforehand so we could've left our bear can in the van. It was just an amazing trip out there! Thanks and thanks for watching!
This video was epic! The drone footage was aaaamazing. And that tram thing was super fun. Kinda reminded me of that boat contraption you took I think in Michigan’s UP. I’m just loving these videos of A+K in AK.❤️
We had a lot of fun with the drone on this one. The tram was so much fun! They need more of those! Ya it was like that boat thing on that spring! You had to propel yourself on that one too!
Its such a crazy cowinkidink that my wife and I will be spending a week in Homer in 3 weeks,, Thanks for giving me great idea's to keep her from burying her nose in a book and sitting in a cabin the whole time ! Kachemak looks amazing. Gotta see it !
Y'all will love it! There is tons to see and do there! If the weather was like what we had though you might want to stay inside and read while watching the rain fall outside! At least one day. Kachemak is definitely worth the trip out there! It would make for a great day trip at the least.
Couldn’t wait to get home from work to watch your new episode after getting the notice!!! Was getting concerned if you guys were doing ok, look forward to your adventures up here. Thank you!!! ….now I may need to make a Homer trip for some gelato. Hahaha!!!!!
Thanks for watching! Yes we're doing great! Kathryn is in Texas currently seeing friends and family, and we're about to venture into lots of areas with very little cell service so our videos will be a bit more sporadic over the next couple weeks. But all is well!
I think you'll really enjoy Seward, the boats on the water in front of the snow covered mountains is a beautiful sight. If you have the time you should also check out Whitier, it's on the way back up toward Anchorage. It's a really small town but the cool thing is you have to drive through a long train tunnel to get to it. That's a really unique experience you won't get anywhere else. Alaska is a beautiful place, I've lived there twice, maybe third time will be forever.
Dancing in the moonlight? Or was that the midnight sun? Hmm....Vanilla bean with chocolate syrup:-) Thanks for the explore, although i would've had a very hard time not swinging on the tram. Next week.
We're really enjoying your Alaskan adventures! It's been 20 years since I was up that way. Looks like it is time to head up there again soon! Kona handled the boat ride really well, it looks like (minus the seasickness). Our dog would have tried to jump in and swim.

Thanks for the great videos now this place is on my bucket list!!!
That sunrise at your campsite wad absolutely stunning 😍
We got really lucky!
Kona is so cute. Obvious that Kona is much loved and a very happy dog.
Yes she is a very happy and loved dog! Thanks and thanks for watching!
I love that lake with the icebergs, it was absolutely beautiful. I'm always amazed at how blue ice is.

We say the same things often! We can't wait to go back! Thank you and thanks for watching!
My hubby is now asking to watch “that adventure couple” videos with me! Lol!
Once again, magnificently beautiful.
Woohoo! Welcome, hubby! The more the merrier! 😂
The view from your tent looking across the lake to the glacier was eerily beautiful. It looked like the entrance to an unknown dimension.😍
It was an incredible spot!
One of your best videos. Thank you for doing what I would love to do but probably never will. I live through your adventures.
We’re lucky and thankful we get to do what we do. Thanks and thanks for watching!
Love this channel! Will check back after the video.

Absolutely stunning; as I said before, every episode is better than the last; the tram and the “ice cream “😎😎😎👍👌🤩
Thank you!

Thank you!
Great hike video. Loved the drone shots. So glad Kona got to go on the hike too.
We had a lot of fun with the drone on this one! Kona had a great time too...when she was on solid ground! 😂 thanks and thanks for watching!
Loved the video. I kept waiting for the Narwahl to poke his head out of the glacial lake and say 'Hey Buddy!'
Haha that would’ve topped it off!

You guys are so much fun to watch man
Yay! Backpacking videooo!! I always love the backpacking content! ❤
We do too! Thanks! We've got a couple more coming before we leave Alaska!
Awesome scenery! Loved the tram ride over the river. Thanks for taking us along guys! 😁
The tram was a ton of fun! Thanks and thanks for watching!

Oh wow...when the clouds were breaking for you that view was just stunning. I can only imagine what it looked like in person!!
Love you guys great shots. :)
Yay! Kona got to go! Those views are incredible! It's almost like you have to pinch yourself! Thanks for taking us along! Just beautiful!
She loved it....once she was on solid ground! 😂 That definitely was a pinch yourself moment. We've had to do that a lot here
Love these Alaska adventures. I hope these ice cubes stick around for more years to come. 🥲
Us too!
Loved the video and the camping adventure. The views are stunning💗 I never seen the trolly over the water before.Looks so fun😃💗
The tram was a ton of fun! The park has so much to offer!
Kudos on the drone footage... it does a great job of capturing the vast beauty of the Alaska wilderness. Keep on adventuring. 🙂
We love flying the drone and love the footage it captures also! Thanks, Pat!
You guys are just filling up the memory bank, what a great adventure.
We sure are! Thanks, Dave!
So great that Kona can join you on a camp like this!
We loved having her with us on this one!
We're working all the time! 😀 But we're so excited to share these videos! We're lucky and grateful we get to do what we do! Thanks, Mary!
The serenity, the glaciers, the mountains! Y’all are living the best life! I need to be in Alaska, not at my cubicle! 😪
Can’t argue with you there!
The shot, from inside the tent, of you two down at the beach could be an REI marketing picture. Very cool state park.
Thank you! We thought it was pretty cool too!
What a cool state park! The Glacier beach ⛱️ camping 🏕 was incredible! Almost as exciting as the iceberg dance moves 😁
Had to break out some new moves for this one! 😂
Another item added to our Bucket List. Gonna have to do that tram when we get to AK. Thanks for sharing.
It's so much fun!
I'm so happy for you two, you guys are rockin it. Thanks for taking me along!
Thanks, Peter!
Gorgeous place. Beautiful video 📸📸. Poor Kona. He needs a treat to make him feel better!!!! Safe travels!!!!
Ya we should've gotten her some gelato when we got back! haha
Stay safe! ❤️
We're so thankful and lucky we get to share our adventures for others to enjoy as well. Thanks and thanks for watching!
What an amazing hike/location. So glad you two are getting to see and do so much there. The lake with the ice bergs was amazing.
We are loving it here in Alaska! It's been a dream trip! We're thankful for all we've gotten to do
Thanks for alaska vlog, I will go to alaska end of this August and your vlog is so informative and inspired. Thanks again
We’re glad they are helpful! We hope you have a great trip!
Thanks so much for sharing your adventures with us!! This one was GREAT!!
Thanks, Beth!
You guys have so much fun on these adventures, I'm almost jealous ....lol. Been to the spit but b=did the restaurant's and bars...
the Mountain House rice & chicken meal is so good.. i used to work at The Prospector (clothing/gear store in AK) and would buy it on my lunch break. i even eat it at home, it's that good 😆
The Backpacker Pantry Pad Thai with chicken is king. Give that one a shot!
I look forward to your videos every week. Love the hikes and your energy, enjoying every little bit of the journey. You always inspire me to do more adventures 😁
That means a lot to us! Thanks and thanks for watching!
What an amazing view from your tent. So much to explore I bet. What an adventure and sceneries. Stay safe ✌
That park was awesome! We're so happy we got to go
That was epic. I'm shocked no bears were seen
We saw scat! But no bears!
Yes, Seward! I really liked it there. Glad you’re doing that next.
We had a great time and are excited to share those adventures!
Oh my, 5:24 would be hanging on my wall! Gorgeous! So awesome the weather finally broke.
It was a pretty neat scene out there! We're so glad the weather cleared up to have some views!

Yes it has been so amazing up here! Kona was a trooper! She was having a great time...when on solid ground! 😂 Thanks and thanks for watching!
❤ the Kona cuteness!🐶
The REI meals looked good too!
💙💙
We (hubby, myself, son 12 yrs & girls 5 & 3.5 yrs) did that hike in July of 2002 It is still among my favorite memories EVER. The two of you should check out the Kenai Canoe Trails (our all time best Alaskan adventure).... and don't let the age of my girls decieve you as to the 'easiness" both are Texas born/Alaskan raised by a truly adventurous daddy 😀
Oh wow that does look fun! We’ll have to put that on our list for next time! Thanks and thanks for watching!
What a view from the campsite!! WOW!!! Kenai is such an interesting place to explore, thanks. Until next time... Travel safe.
Yes it is! There is some wild scenery down there! Thanks!
another great informative video with lots of good tips about camping in bear country.
Your editing skills are commendable - great story telling.
This is one thing you are likely to be saying many years from now when you look back - "Man, I am so glad I/we did this when I/we were younger!"
I spend a lot of time on Trip Advisor (TA) forums. I recommended your videos on the AK forum last week to someone that was looking at hiking. Found a way that did not include a url link as TA seems to delete posts with links to sites that are deemed commercial/or people earn money from.
Looking forward to the next one.
Thank you so much for sharing our content! That means a lot to us!
You are right, we'll always remember this trip and look back on it!
A great impression of a iceberg dancing!!👍 sorry you felt the hard ground while trying to sleep. Keep the updates coming from exploring Alaska!
We're having a blast up here! Thanks for watching!
So jealous!! Its so awesome love it.
Keep safe as always.🥰😍🤩😘
This was such a fun trip!
Wow. What a way to camp.
It was something else!
So Beautiful! 😍 I loved the tram! How fun! The Gelato looked so good! Love watching u guys! Keep it up!🤗
Thanks, Dawn!
I live in Homer and Palmer, AK and been watching your videos from the start.
Been adding things to my Travel bucket list from your videos.
My daughter wants to go to Antelope Canyon so I pulled up your travel guide for Page, AZ.
Thank you letting us travel with you! 😊
Nice! You live in two of our favorite areas! You're doing it right!
We're glad we could help! Thank you and thanks for watching!
It's been a wet cool summer up in Alaska guys!! That means early freeze and bunches of snow this year... The earth has started to tilt back on her axis.... 15-20 year cycles... the scenery is beyond beautiful!!
Yes it has! It's raining as I type this 😂
Triple digits in Houston again. Enjoy that weather
Oof. Stay inside!
So jealous!! That's an adventure, well done!
It was a bucket list trip!
I loved the tram, but it was a real workout once you get out towards the middle. lol
Oh, did locals tell you that there's no grizzlies/brown bears out there? That's what they told me! First bear scat I saw definitely was NOT black bear scat. 😂
Oh wow what a story that is! Good thing that guy was around and so helpful!
The tram was a workout!
Oh wow. We were wondering
That would be an amazing camping experience - I think I'd even be willing to camp in a tent for those views! That cable car was so fun - but what an arm workout.
That tram was a workout for sure! It was such a sweet spot to camp!
The tides are pretty wild! We saw quite a few eagles in Homer. That was a treat! Thanks and thanks for watching!
Thanks!
Wow so fun😍 you guys are so darn cute love your videos
Thanks, Mary! 😊
Great video! Awesome views of the lake & glacier! Did you see any bears while here?
Thank you! Nope we have only seen one bear in Alaska in over 2 months!
I wish I was there 😭
Me too! When are we going? ;)
@@mountainmanwannabe9495 Can’t leave soon enough
It would make for a great day trip at the least.
when Kat said was she was going to cross her fingers and the next shot showed a clear morning I was like "yay!"
Ya we got so lucky with the weather!
You have taken something from my dreams. Props to you guys. Loved seeing the journey on Insta!!!!
We're glad we could share and you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching!
Jeez! Continuing to rub it in for the rest of us stuck in the Lower 48.
Soooorrrryyy!😜
thanks A+K
I think you'll really enjoy Seward, the boats on the water in front of the snow covered mountains is a beautiful sight. If you have the time you should also check out Whitier, it's on the way back up toward Anchorage. It's a really small town but the cool thing is you have to drive through a long train tunnel to get to it. That's a really unique experience you won't get anywhere else. Alaska is a beautiful place, I've lived there twice, maybe third time will be forever.
Yes we loved Seward, our boat tour, and the NP! We also loved Whittier and thought the tunnel was the coolest thing! Such a unique place!
Dancing in the moonlight? Or was that the midnight sun? Hmm....Vanilla bean with chocolate syrup:-) Thanks for the explore, although i would've had a very hard time not swinging on the tram. Next week.
We were being very careful not to drop anything in the river from the tram! It was so much fun!
We're really enjoying your Alaskan adventures! It's been 20 years since I was up that way. Looks like it is time to head up there again soon! Kona handled the boat ride really well, it looks like (minus the seasickness). Our dog would have tried to jump in and swim.
Thanks! We’re having a blast! Kona did ok, but she definitely had a much better time on solid ground! Thanks for watching!
