Agni tatva : health aur appearance/clothes ka dhyan rakho
Prithvi tatva : khate samay mobile mat dekhiye, family se bat kariye
Vayu tatva : brain ko acche ideas ka input dijiye. Roz rat sone ke pehle koi acchi kitab padhiye. Lagatar books padhiye. Brain us hisab se program ho jayega.
Jal tattva : emotions. Andar se khush rehna goal hai. Gratitude mode me raho. Apne chhote goals set karo aur roz achieve karo.
Apni life ke liye aap khud zimmedar hain, jis din maan lenge us din mukt ho jayenge. Purushartha se sab badla jaa sakta hai grahon ko blame mat karo, victim mentality mat build karo.
Depression : moon saturn : paseena bahao, saaf surhra raho, acche kapde pehno dont blame planets.
Pitaron se related problems : poornima amavas aur sankranti pe daan dena shuru kar do.
Aksar mandir jao fal fool le ke bhagwan ko dhanyavaad dene ke liye.
Ye sab saal bhar karna hai. Fir ritual wale remedy start karne hain.

1:55:36 so true, my mom visited dwarika mandir, somnath mandir on a trip to gujrat. She was always healthy but after coming back she got issue with her blood pressure. And from then onwards she takes bp medicine. But the good thing is she became more spiritual and charitable.
Why sir is so amazing... I had a question regarding and practical experiences of taking charnamrit - whenever I received charanamrit of Sri Narayan or any other which consists milk dahi etc I got allergy... Still I am willing to know more on this. Btw amazing knowledge from sir is precious!!
