Great build idea for the holiday cooks and munchers. I didn't see much of the use of air, is it to get the nut meal and shells to go into separate bins?
Commercial grade Almond crusher..... well, IDKnow if it meets US Food Safety codes but it's sure enough a good one for people who have access to lots of almonds & if I had the need for this machine I'd be making some CA$H w/ my Nutz . peace . very kool build
couldn't you just use just a longer bar on the end and just do it manually, and get the same result, if not better? I mean why are people still buying shelled nuts at this day and age... NAH....JUST KIDDING.... homemade machines are the way to go
