    😇Healthy Vegan & Gluten Free Biscotti recipe. Made these with just 3 ingredients & turned out Super crunchy🤩 & delicious 😋 Used Jowar flour without Eggs, Baking powder, Baking soda, Butter & wheat flour.
    Ingredients: Makes 16 Finger length Biscotti
    * 1 cup Jowar/Sorghum/Cholam flour
    * 6 tbsp to 1/2 cup Coconut Sugar/ Jaggery powder
    * 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    * 1/4 cup Virgin Coconut Oil
    * Chopped Pistachios & Cashews
    Baking time: 15 to 20 mins @ 355F
    Bake until sides are browned.

    I don't have an oven, but will try on gas top. Loved this. I used to buy ready made. Now I can make my own.
    I returned to leave a comment. Tried it with 1 katori. It was so yummy, in one bite, everyone finished it saying why you made so less. My 4 and 9 year old kids mixed it and enjoyed making and eating it. Thank you

      How did you make without oven.. I want to know as I want to do on gas top

      @@creativemommystuff put a heavy bottom vessel, add a cooker plate and then the vessel containing the biscuits. Put a well sealed lid and let it cook on slow gas for 10 mins. Open lid and flip biscuits. Leave it to cook again for 10mins more. Cooking time will depend on how thick is your heavy bottom vessel. You will have to do a little trial and error. Mine did turn out crisp after they cooled slightly, but got over very fast.

    These were so wonderful,i made first with coconut oil,everyone loved it ,and srcond day with ghee,added 4 tbspn milk instead of two as yhe dough was looking crumblier..
    These always were so yumm..
    Thanks..these will be a permanent in my biscuit shelf..and so easy to make..thanks & love..

    I am surprised that without adding baking powder or soda, the outcome is crunchy. Will try and let you know. Is it becoz of freezing? Is freezing a must step? Or is the crunchiness due to coconut oil? Can i use butter instead

      Reduce the baking time. If the oven temperature is too high the biscuits may turn hard
