Hey Ez med! I have a question I was out in the sun for 3 hours 80-85 degrees. Then I came home to heart palpitations and head ache. I drank water electrolytes. Long story short I’m going on 4 days with palpitations. Once or twice every 1 hour. Do u think it’ll go away in its own? I’m convinced it’s heat exhaustion recovery. Please lmk ty ez med
Has it gone yet?
@@mario-ly9mk I still have them not at frequent I do have them when I eat, I got a blood test it said I’m low in vitamin D, potassium and magnesium were fine. If those get low it can cause palpitation and those are the first To go. God bless you all
@@TeraLish-ni7or mine started 3 days ago and I’m feeling really dizzy. Do you feel dizzy as well?
@@mario-ly9mk unfortunately a few times those first couple of days, long story short I’d go get a blood test if you can it’s worth it. I hope you have insurance. And an ekg, that’s the best thing to do. Honestly idk if it’s the answer you want but yeah man just take care of it.
@@TeraLish-ni7or During the first couple days, were you in the normal heart beat range?
DID YOU FORGET ABOUT CARDIAC RADIO FREQUENCY ABLATION!!
