I got an aventus clone from Aldi. It’s called “ his reign”. It’s actually fairly close to the real thing. Lasts all day on my cloths. Only £6.99. Definitely worth it.

Next Signature Gold really impressed me as well. Definitely smells more niche-like than any of the others I’ve smelled in there, and it’s unique too with good performance. Has a sort of chocolate-hazlenut-orange vibe, it’s actually really nice. 🙌🏻

Next are the best for me. L’homme is just fantastic, lasts for ages on my skin. Code Green is also an awesome warm forest/fireplace fragrance.
Id love to test out the Zara’s perfumes but the ones near me always have the fragrances in the queue for the till. Which is always busy and can’t really stand and sample much.
In the M&S near where I live you can get Shay & Blue fragrances; I don’t know if it’s because you’re up norf and I live near that there London

In Australia you can buy Cussons Imperial Leather No.1 in a splash bottle for $10 at most supermarkets. Fantastic old school lavender-citrus-aromatic-woodsy barbershop style scent. Invigorating after a wet shave.
Once I actually travelled from Venice and at the airport I bought a very good leather perfume from Monotheme from their single note Black label - Leather, and it was a very good one, they sell these as well in M&S in the UK.
I have the Monotheme Black Oud bought from M&S and am enjoying it very much. Can recommend
Loving these on-the-road videos! Make sure to visit some pharmacies on your next excursion. Pharmacies often sell old stock, so you’re more likely to stumble on vintage scents in them 😉

Great video - I’m in Teesside an hour or so away from York so it was great to see a CZcams fragrance video set so close to home! Will have to give Mr Universe a go by the looks of things. Have tried pound shop ones before and they were mostly terrible (they did one a while back that was a Spicebomb dupe that was pretty good though).
Best super cheap dupe I have came across is G Bellini Homme from Lidl. Sauvage EDT clone that is VERY similar and projects well/is long lasting. Only a fiver - good option to have in a gym bag/car glovebox or whatever.
Zara Rich Warm Addictive is best high street fragrance I have smelt so far though for sure.
Express has a fragrance called Legend for Men. 75 ml for $28. It's exquisite.

I like streets fashion stores like Zara & Primark and their fragances especially Zara they have very great budget fragances like Rich Warm Addictive Vibrant Leather, Warm Black and many others. Here in Portugal we have a spanish supermarket named Mercadona that have amazing fragances clones and originals fragances, with a very great quality/price too!!! You need to try their "Afan" for me the best clone of Egoiste Platinum by Chanel out there!!! Regards 🇵🇹🇪🇺👌👍
Zara ones are ok, not the longest lasting in the world but last longer on sweatshirt than skin. I really like rich warm tobacco and warm black. I remember Next when it opened. They had a fragrance, I can't remember the name of it but it smelt amazing and they always blasted it in the shop. I have never been able to find it since.
$35 = Vibrant Leather & Vibrant Leather Oud 60ml each. They are both weak and last 4-5 hours. VL is a straight up Aventus clone but more faint. VLO is fresh, but also soft oud in contrast. For the price, I'm pleased.

Compostion 03-Cinnamon & Nutmeg. 100ml for £12 and was pleasantly surprised you can get 30ml and I think they are £6 well worth it 👌

Never forget on a lads holiday one year, I had a few expensive frags with me but kept noticing the scent trail from one of my mates every time we were down wind of him on the nights out (fragrances weren’t really his thing either). Ended up asking him what it was and turns out it was a random one he picked up from Next. Bought 3 bottles of it when we got back to England. There’s no doubt you find the odd hidden gem amongst the cheapies!
What's the name of perfume?
I was at Bath & Body Works here in the states yesterday. I picked up a fragrance of theirs called Smoked Old Fashioned. Contains notes of Smoked Orange Bitters and Bourbon Vanilla. It's quite nice.
Coffee and whiskey is great by them
I have a few Zara fragrances. I like them, but some definitely don't last and they are generally very linear. Zara Vibrant Leather gives me decent performance, 5-6 hours. Zara Warm Black gives me great performance, 8 hours or so. My biggest surprise with Zara fragrances has been Classic 8.0, I get 8 hours plus and I really enjoy it. I find it even does well in the cold. My preferences lean toward subtle, masculine, fresh or cozy. I generally prefer notes that are a bit separated and readily recognizable. Out of my Zara fragrances I migrate toward 1-Classic 8.0, 2-Warm Black, 3-Man Silver (Terrible performance for me at 3 hours, but I enjoy it.)
I've had a few cheap buys from Avon (mainly to support my sister in law) and they turned out not bad. They smell decent and good performance
Zara x Jo Malone Vetiver Pamplemousse = 🔥 Best grapefruit note in perfumery imo.

I generally only buy cheap perfumes. I don't see paying 100 euros for a perfume. My most expensive perfume on my shelf at the moment is the Jacques Bogart oud edition for 30 euros.
Tested all Vibrant Leather and none if them was noticeable for my niche nose 🤣

I got sunset riot after seeing George's Review. Got a back up bottle after a few wearings, a fresher BR540 Less sugary and doesn't lean feminine. 10/10
M&S used to do one called Aqua pour Homme EDT. No one probably remembers it. But they discontinued it. But it was so nice!! Not sure if it was a dupe of something
Next now sells bath and body works which has a smell a like to Abercrombies fierce and they also sell victoria secrets and a good one I'd platinum which also smells like fierce

look... I got testers of Ferrari Leather Essence for 10$ and Varvatos Oud for 19$... So, not the best deal to buy those fragrances from Zara that don't last...
but there are some that are good... I got on a clearance Fleur d'Orander for 18$... it's a neroli fragrance that smells very good and lasts well on me
I agree, if you are going to spend £30 then it should be half decent. Bentley Intense can be got for 30 quid or less and it is well worth that money.

In their current forms, I'm glad to smell that VL Bogoss and VL Encens are still very decent. Perhaps wait for a good discount in January to really get your money's worth. My favourite latest purchase from them - Bohemian Oud. Chocolatey smokey goodness. Looking forward to Mr. Forever Universe! Epic longevity probably.

I went looking for cheapies today. Gave up in TK Maxx as the entire shop just does my head in (it's total chaos). The local Primark didn't seem to have any fragrances at all. Aldi had none, but I went to Poundland and picked up something called Eternal Twilight. £4 clone of Dior Sauvage and, to be honest, it's quit pleasant for £4 for 100ml. Not sure how long it will last or prject for but for £4, heck it's all good.
Got the name wrong, it's actually Endless Twilight (and still very pleasant)

I picked up warm black from zara. Great but a bit synthetic fall fragrance, which reminds me of tobacco vanille.
Ah you’re from the states? The high street is typically in towns and cities where all our stores are located. Rack stores, clothing stores etc. They’re where lots of cheapies can be found.

i dont consider 28 to be cheap at all... however, Champneys for men, its not a cheap brand but I imagine the well off such as yourself would consider it cheap, the sports range by Champneys smells exactly like Le Male by jean paul gaultier

Correct, my Vibrant Leather is just as strong as my Aventus. I paid 10 X the amount for my Aventus tho. They're both fairly average to weak. I don't care with Vibrant Leather tho because like I say it's one tenth of the price of my Aventus. If you think it's week, just spray double the amount.

I think all cheap Zara fragrances are exactly that, cheap fragrances for high street shopping, if you are 20 years old then they are great, but if you are a fragrance expert or someone who is quite deep into their fragrance game, then the quality is just quite poor IMO
