- In this video we will see how to make vermicelli kunafa recipe in tamil. Kunafa is a popular Arabic recipe made with fine noodles, cream cheese and custard and this is a Eid special sweet recipe made during Ramadan festival. In this recipe we have made modifications to make this recipe without oven and without cream cheese. We can make custard using custard powder or using corn flour and we can make this in a kuzhipaniyaram pan as well. This semiya sweet has a wonderful crispy exterior with a sweet and soft interior.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Corn flour or Custard powder
4 tbsp Sugar
1 cup Milk
2 tsp Ghee
1/8 tsp Cardamom powder
100 g roasted Vermicelli (1 cup)
2 tbsp Sugar
