In the vibrant city of Naga, the Metro Naga Youth Development and Empowerment Federation (MNYDEF) stands as a beacon of hope and progress.
Led by the dedicated and visionary Mr. Ramon Alfonso Bueno, the Federation President, MNYDEF is on a mission to harness the energy and potential of the youth in the battle against insurgency.
This initiative is established by the 1st Civil-Military Operations (Diplomats) Company, under the exemplary leadership of Cpt. Zander M. Bueta, the Company Commander, together with Philippine National Police and other partner stakeholders.
The 9th CMO Battalion, under the leadership of Lt. Col. Genevee Dañas, remains committed to building the youth to equip them with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities necessary to contribute positively to society and stand against the threats of insurgency.
