Thank you Pat so much for the information on the cataracts. A friend and I are having to have it sometime soon and we were dreading it. I have to clean my house with my glasses on. It is surprising how much dust you miss if you don't put the glasses on. That's one thing I like about having bad sight I don't see the wrinkles. I am a size 12 and I always get a size 16 in swimming costumes as I have a longer torso. I got mine from Amazon and it was £23.99. "BMJL Women's Ruffle Swimsuits Tummy Control Swimwear Scoop Neck One Piece Ruched Swimming Costumes". It has tummy control and is the best swimming costume I have ever had. The quality is amazing. Love your haul. xxx

I too had my cataracts done in spa medica, which was brilliant my operation took 6 mins ( I timed it) everybody was lovely I had no itchy ness like you describe. I went shopping the day after, back to normal. Unfortunately I had a filmgrow over my eye on both occasions, which is quite normal apparently, you just go back and they laser your eye no pain at all. Loved the items you picked up x

I can see for miles (a slight exaggeration 😂😂) without glasses and the colours were more vivid. I love the dress, just might treat myself. Hope your recovery continues well. Take care x

I did experience the lights from cars when I was driving at night that's when I realised something wasn't right and went to have my eyes tested and then they referred me to the clinic. So pleased you have had your cataract done. I went to Spa Medica for mine. Wonderful isn’t it? Like private treatment! Good to see you back! Had a chuckle when you said you were seeing the inevitable wrinkles better with your “good” eye! Me too and am now on a regime but think it is too little too late! But you can’t blame a girl for trying! I like the belt with the green dress….looks better that way. Seams around the waist see to emphasise the wrong area but the belt looks great. You have had a good haul….M & S swimsuits, when they get them right, are very good. That blue one is lovely and would look so good with a tan. Love, with a Capital L, those cream trousers. May be spending my Saturday evening looking online! The Zara sweater is fab and with the cream trousers it is very much your look. Keep up with the drops….they made my throat feel a bit odd too and left a chemical taste in my mouth but a small cross to bear!xx Liz

Honestly Katie you have nothing to worry about you don't feel any pain they put numbing drops in your eye I am actually looking forward to having my other eye done in 4 weeks time. The end result is unbelievable it makes so much difference to your sight. Don't worry you'll be fine. Let me know how you get on won't you. Pat ❤❤

Sale started at M&S on Thursday. Some great bargains. So pleased the eye op went well and it is reassuring to know as it’s coming for my time soon to have it done

Hi Lorraine, glad you enjoyed the video thank you for watching. I have long hair but I always tend to wear it tied back I can't do with hair hanging down over my face it annoys me and its easier when I got to my aqua fit classes but I am thinking of having it cut can't make my mind up ❤
