Next time you happen to try Newari cuisine, try Yomari. They come in chaku (molasses), khuwa (inspissated milk) and chocolate flavours. My favourite place is The Village Café by SABAH Nepal at Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur, although the prices are a bit on the higher side there. Newari aila (alcohol) and thoan (rice beer) are also very popular.

Hey Rohit one more beautiful video. I'm glad that you got chance to try Newari food. I wanna correct you, it is not "puffed rice" it is called "Beaten rice" in Newari we call it Baji and in Nepali we call it "Chiura".
