I also believe your law school and discussions with classmates can truly influence your decision on which one to practice... many classmates on law review going into litigation would comment that transactional attorneys are not real attorneys haha, but at least no one is ******* up my day...well maybe a partner is

Weird question, but in transactional law, do you ever deal with interest? For example, negotiating interest rates etc.
I am guessing AI will replace transactional lawyers before it replaces litigation lawyers (litigators).
AI might *assist* litigators, though.
