There are conditions like ME/CFS that do not have lab tests that show anything and has a history as being mistreated with exercise and CBT.
Even MS before DI was treated as a fake illness.
I know this is a quick video so the full information is hard to impart.
As for the mammogram example a normal result is great, but was the patient feeling a normal lymph node while normal if not told that they are feeling a normal structure this could lead to confusion.
Years ago as an ultrasound technologist I had a patient feeling a right lower quadrant mass.
I asked where he was feeling the lump and he pointed nothing there, I asked when he felt it and he said when he sat up to show me the area. He had a kidney that dropped from the normal position and that is what he was feeling.
If I had not looked as he was upright he would have had a negative test.
