What I tend to use for the gradient is the FREE variant of "OxyUltimate", its an addon that comes with just two elements/blocks, however, one of these is "fancy heading" which has a "gradient" option :). Downside its yet another plugin I guess and CSS works just as well

it says

Hi Frabrizio, i dont know how to invert your BG gradient to your forward text without using JS, but you can put gradient directly on your txt itself : cssgradient.io/blog/css-gradient-text/
