CHANGE THE WAY YOU TRAVEL WITH YOGA / DOING YOGA WHILE TRAVELLING

  • Hi Friends! In this video, I wanted to briefly talk about doing yoga while travelling. It is definitely not very easy while travelling to stay consistent with your yoga practice but I wanted to share why it is so important to continue your practice even when travelling and how it will completely change the way you travel. I hope this will resonate with some of you and you get inspired to continue your practice even when travelling!

    Hey, Mollie!
    I am practicing yoga since 3 years and I follow the videos of Boho Beautiful and also practice Ashtanga Yoga.
    When I do forward fold a hump gets formed on my upper back (shoulder blades) when I bend down. Also, my stomach just come out when I try to suck it in while bending forward.
    And I shuffle like I have a upper body day, abs and core day and lower body day. After done with the upper body day when I have my lower body day my legs and hamstrings feel so stiff. I do stretch them enough and I get my splits but even if I would skip 1 day due to shuffle my hamstrings feel so stiff. It feels like a beginner again.

      Thank you for sharing! This journey is not always smooth and the progress is not always linear, I am happy to hear you are prioritizing consistency! Maybe you can start working with a yoga teacher in person to understand your unique body better!

    hey mollie 👋 just curious to know if you’ve ever been on a “yoga retreat” type of holiday and if so what was your experience with it or if you have any recommendations on places or organisms etc... Currently planning my future travel plans and thinking about maybe doing one of these later on this year. Top vid’ as always 🤘🎶

      Hey! I have not been to a yoga retreat, but I would love to try it one day 🤔 my YTT training was online but they also have a school in Goa ( Sampoorna yoga) So excited for your trip! 💕🙏🏻
