Shredder built, tested, and ready to go. It works exceptionally well, getting down to over 90% tiny beads. Luckily, there's three places near me that are being built with big walk in coolers, and the sheer amount of styro waste from those 4x8x8" thick panels they use that I've fished out of their dumpsters has given me a massive amount to stock to work with.

By the way, for what it's worth, I've found that a wire grid (½") bakers rack cut to size works really well to posistion at the exit chute to moderate the shred size. Also, check that they are not talking about the styrofoam, as the little buggers will burrow into the styrofoam so you might need an inch or two removed from the top so they can't reach any wood.

Hi. Just found your work upon researching aircrete. Would your system be strong enough to build a gothic arch building with 5m (15ft i believe) radius UNFRAMED (just the masonry mixture cast into forms and built with, like medieval masters built with stone)? Im planning 60cm thick arch walls (~2.5ft).
Do you think it would stand or wood framing is necessary bc otherwise it would collapse?

It should stand especially with the Gothic arch shape which keeps the walls in compression.
