Yeah, the guy who rejected the demonic drink is Grommash Hellscream, if I'm not mistaken. The honorable orc, who lost his son and faced Sylvanas, is Varok Sourfang. They're two different orcs.
The Warlord who defied the Demon’s blood was an Alternate Timeline version of an orc named Grommash Hellscream. In the Original timeline, he convinced all of the different Orcish clans (save 2 or 3 amongst a dozen or more clans in total) to consume the demon’s blood, before leading the Orcish forces into Azeroth. The orcs warred against the humans for multiple decades, until Grom finally sacrificed himself to kill Mannoroth, freeing his people from corruption but also killing himself in the process. The Warlords scene is an Alternate reality where his Adult son, Garrosh Hellscream, goes back in time and convinces his father to defy the Demon, preventing Grom from ever corrupting the Orcs in the first place. . The green Orc who dies in the end duel is Varok Saurfang, an Orc Hero of the Horde from the Second and Third Wars during the original timeline, hence why his skin is green **((Orcs are brown originally. Wrath of the Lich King has always been and will always be something that gets me hype. That trailer is just... special. Even before I knew anything about Arthas and the Lich King, or WoW in general, that trailer got me insanely hyped. Too bad I missed it by like, 5 or 6 years.
I was 13 when WoW was released and 15 when BC was released. I remember me and my friends watching those cinematics nonstop because we we're so hyped. Such amazing times...
Bra, the race/class cinematic from start was awesome and intense. This is the first time i have seen it. I would pay 100+ USD for a ticket to see such a movie :O
You know what hit me the most when watching that first cinematic for the first time in over 10 years? It starts with _the drums of war, thunder, once again,_ and I remember that I thought they meant that Thunder WAS "the drums of war" (I wasn't yet good enough at english to know that thunder could indicate the sound of drums back then)
Give it a month you will see its like any other free to play mmo just you pay per month for the name wow lost what made it not like any other mmo in cataclysm
I still find it completely ridiculous how OP they made Sylvanas. She solo'd pretty much the most powerful being on Azeroth like it was noting, when it took the combined effort of the Alliance AND Horde to take down Arthas? They really need to nerf her or something, because now it just seems like any kind of threat that comes along would just be a warm up exercise for her.
Stopped playing when BFA was announced. There was something about the story line that just didn't sit right with me. The continued fighting between the Horde and Alliance, where every Horde Warchief turned into the next Big Bad... it was stale. We'd seen it all before, and should've grown past it. Looking back, I've realized... We should've grown past it in Mists of Pandaria -- that opening was the change of philosophy the game needed, but instead... Blizzard just threw it all away and went back to the same clichéd conflicts. That's just sad.
I wish this included at least the other important cinematics that arent just expansion trailers. Watching people react to these and being sooo lost because they didnt see broken shore or the burning of teldrassil etc.
Thrall needs to accept his place...he must return and lead the Horde. Forgert everything else...he HAS to accept that which has been thrust upon him. Take on the mantle of Warchief once more...and lead the Horde oncee again into a brighter future. FOR THE HORDE!!
The first one is actually not the vanilla one , the first one is and i remember when you bought Warcraft 3 frozen throne you had a bonus cinematic like a preview for world of warcraft and thats the first ever wow cinematic, you can still find it on youtube i think

The cinematics are fantastic. The lore is fantastic. The art direction is great. The world building is great. The stories are solid. It's too bad the game is an unending grindfest like all MMORPG'S.
To me, to see things like comedic relief in the MoP trailer sort of signaled the start of a change of pace, getting farther away from the “Warcraft” aspect of the game, retrospective from the current 10.2.5 patch of Dragonflight. I still love and play the game, but comparing the feel from the first 3 expansions to now, there is a difference. Nostalgia is a factor of course, but it would be fun to see a WoW 2 or some sort of reset and get the grit back.

And then holy *fuck*. Wrath of the Lich King has always been and will always be something that gets me hype. That trailer is just... special. Even before I knew anything about Arthas and the Lich King, or WoW in general, that trailer got me insanely hyped. Too bad I missed it by like, 5 or 6 years.
i'm waiting for wow movies like that for a long time
I was 13 when WoW was released and 15 when BC was released.
It starts with _the drums of war, thunder, once again,_ and I remember that I thought they meant that Thunder WAS "the drums of war" (I wasn't yet good enough at english to know that thunder could indicate the sound of drums back then)
Haven’t played WoW in over a decade, but I’ll still rise up and scream with the rest of them @ 31:28
As a horde, I think we all do! FOR THE HORDE!
I just started playing and I actually enjoy it
You should have an alright grasp on the game by shadowlands then - a good time to start, especially with the more alt friendly levelling changes
Give it a month you will see its like any other free to play mmo just you pay per month for the name wow lost what made it not like any other mmo in cataclysm
lol same here XD lvl 38 hum warlock here
@@ltduke yo what server are you on? I've got like nobody to play with and I only started a month or so ago
I started about a month ago and I’m hooked. My wife has already threatened divorce twice.
Man, that part with Anduin starting at 32:15 puts a lump in my throat...
These. Are. Epic.
30 mins of the last two expansions. I hope Blizzard have lined up awesome cinematics for SL like they did for BFA.
Seeing these cinematics hit the feels and makes a guy really wish he could still play :(
Play man. Assume the gaming throne
@@jordonfiddle2861 need a computer :/ problem number one
@@Rydzman make money
Awesome Work 👍
But some kinda of sadness droped on my hearth, when i see the same quality of cinematics, which drove us to this game as kids in 2008 :O :/
There is only one Sylvanas! Me saying as an undead shadow.
You deserve more Views, thanks for the Video!
Never played wow and still have chills
Pain... Agony... My chin (and Chris Metzen VO) memes through the cavernous deeps.
I've quit in cataclysm, but watched the cinematics till BoA. Man , what awesomeness , even if I expected a Hammer not an Axe
the saurfang cinematics will forever be legendary
I alone account for 110 of these views.

goh nakhor bav
That second cinematic for BFA is awesome
WOW - thank U
This is the best cinematic ever.
Forget about a movie, this would dominate the whole anime tv series scene. Each expansion could be a season of at least 10 episodes each or more lol.
The first trailer is so nostalgic man..
The first one is actually not the vanilla one , the first one is and i remember when you bought Warcraft 3 frozen throne you had a bonus cinematic like a preview for world of warcraft and thats the first ever wow cinematic, you can still find it on youtube i think
this is the one czcams.com/video/LZtzy80n8WI/video.html
Mists of Pandaria is still my favorite expansion to date.
Warlocks in Metamorph before the Demon Hunter was added. We were the guinea pigs lol. Cheers!
so many years of memories
7:45 Yep, this is the coolest thing I've ever seen
Their mistake was to destroy every old world with every new expansion.
That animation at 23:30 man... tearing up a little.
Cool :)
I missed a lot since deathwing and all my wipes 🤣
legion isnt my favorite trailer cinematic but legion is my favorite expansion by far.. i miss it so much
the good old days of wow i miss it so much made alot of friends and enermys also good old 40 allaince vs 40 horde that always epic moment alot of carnage stopped playing after mop
I feel like my life never got better than playing WoW as a teen... God that's sad
The cinematics are fantastic. The lore is fantastic. The art direction is great. The world building is great. The stories are solid.
It's too bad the game is an unending grindfest like all MMORPG'S.
Yes. Thank you.
still epic to this day.
*TO THIS DAY*
v1 still gives the chills.
This man just did the mercy ultimate
Only time i ever wanted to play Horde. Was when Sylvanas kicked ass in BFA trailer and screamed out 'FOR THE HORDE!!!!' Honest chills. :)
been saying this since I was a little kid, they need a series/movie franchise made this like no live action
Is it just me who is now realizing it is Sylvanas speaking in the opening to the first cinematic. all this shadowlands her voice stands out now
45:23 "did you just... did you just say that out loud?"
Can you believe it’s almost 2 decades since the first Seasons of war trailer released?
Nice
All Game and expansion cinematics. Missing are patch cinematics like Anquiray, Naxxramas, TBC news reports, opening of the black temple, ...
RIP Lich King
Here we go
0:56 the moment i wanted to play a hunter. So many many years ago
I have no idea whats going on anymore I stopped playing this game like 12 years ago
It's pretty much Destiny 2 now.
I cry for Varok Saurfang every single time
Love the Warcraft 3 reference 17:48
this cinemas rememberme when me and a friend paying in his computer, the last time whe fight together in this came was in the expansion of legion then we forget all about this gamen now im had 27 and i want to play again
In retrospect, i personally find the Iron Horde trailer as my favourite among these, even in the face of Arthas, My Son.l
This is pretty crazy 😳
My main has been a druid for a couple of years and I just realized that at the beginning the druid turned into a cat so she doesn't take fall damage lol
chrono logical order warcriminalcraft racist game is lie propaganda to force players to kill nations.
What is nation?
Humans born without nationality, born without fascism, nationalization in childhood make them.
False value, false enemy, false nation definition make false enemy, destroy value of life.
Nationalist kleptocracy created fa, refuse value of life and human rights.
Reward for worsening is kleptocracy support, steal reward system.
Support nationalist kleptocracy, participate in war crime.
Wikipedia false nation definition changed always.
They kill for nations, they not know what nation is.
Not can distinguish between race and nation.
Many program errors.
Golden toilet marauder hilterugend science academy economy, kill and loot.
Big cost in money and time.
Booze narcologist barmen alcohol chemical addiction for children.
Killing for religion of peace, priest ten commandments.
Sacred satan religion war godless church.
False race definition, false nation definition, make players to kill nations, made fa.
Overpopulation family values.
I wonder when they will make spell animations that utilizes their weapons and equipments in wow.
Damn BFA had SOOO many cinematics, holy shit. Should have just made Shadowlands a movie tbh lol
misto rau
Great game back in the time 2009 2010
I played until wotlk. Then I quited because world pvp wasn’t at the best
I SO miss the time when I could care about all of this... At some point during the WotLK era I just couldn't take the game seriously any more. I came for the gritty medieval fantasy world of Warcraft 3 which reflected the real world in so many ways, but it became thematically unrecognizable to me as all these crazy mounts, cosmetic pets, and a slow of incomprehensible plot twists and turns... I feel like they could've stuck to the storytelling that made the franchise great, but everything always HAD to get *more outlandish*. I miss the days of exploring a world that was worth caring about.
