I have a question, from number 1-10
Why do we add just one vowel to the numbers like
تِسْعَةُ بَنَاتٍ
Why does the number has single vowel.
Jazak Allah khair for ur endless effort.
From 3 to 20 there is no vowel if you use numbers with nouns. But I don't know any specific reason.
An excellent lesson thank you so much. Just one question I have: In the example for 3000 male/female students, why is the '3' written with a feminine form? Compared with 300 male/female students, the '3' was masculine. The gender of the counted noun has no bearing on the gender of the number. Jazakallahkhair.
Shukran for watching and your support.
Because the word hundred is feminine in Arabic and the numbers e.g 3 must be masculine opposite gender. Masculine/Feminine. And thousand is masculine and the number must be feminine. Feminine/Macculine
Do you have video talking about tasykeel of mubatada' Khobar and maf'ul bih?
You can check this videos. Sorry for the late reply.

Jaza kAllah khair. Your slides did not mention rule 31 and above. The slide only talks about 21 to 29
You are welcome, from 31 will be same as 21-29, that's why did not need to mention.
Can you explain from 20,30,40,50,60 I have doubt in genetive cases
Quick question, so noun comes first in your sentence structure and then nouns come, is that how it goes in MSA but not in Fusha? I noticed in Qur'an nouns come after the numbers, so could you please explain the difference? Thanks in advance
Ah just now understood, so it applies only to 1 and 2, right?
now I have another question, when nouns become plural and when singular? So from 3-10 plural and the rest singular starting from 11+?
Hi good day. Yes for 1-2 noun comes first, from 3 number comes first.
Yes nouns must be plural 3-10, noun and number must be opposite gender and noun must take Kasrah at the end.
Nouns after 11+ must be singular.
thank you very much! Barakallahu forum. I have a question why we delete nun in the number 12? all 3 words take fatha so means it is not an idafa, why then we delete nun? thank you
As salaamu alaikum sister. It's kind of Idaafa. I didn't think about it before. You can watch this video from another channel.
czcams.com/video/aX5wFm3QhmA/video.html
Salaam Ustadh, for 3-10 the counted noun must also be plural, right?
wa alaikum salaam, yes that's right.
What is the difference between عَشَرَة and عَشْرَة?
What about 193, 115, 184 m, etc.? What time does it follow?
what do you mean(what time)?

Yes, the numbers are one of the most confusing rules in Arabic. But as you practice it becomes easier and you will enjoy Arabic.
