I honestly think, that his apology is genuine. you can hear his voice strain a little bit and i still respect him for coming out clean. i dont think people should hate on him or bash on him for lying and taking steroids, maybe people deserve to have a second chance and redeem themselves. the message of this whole video is to love yourself, not to hate on liver king, afterall in order to truly love yourself is to love the people around you as well. ofc you can do whatever you want, thats your decision and i respect that.

Here's my take on a person's appearance
No, you are not perfect. There is always ways to improve yourself be it confidence/looks etc. No one in this world is or will be perfect. It all comes down to self acceptance. If you like the way you look so be it. If you don't , work on yourself. Work out, take a break from social media, engaged in healthy hobbies. You don't have to chase or compare yourself to another person who you probably have never even met in your life. Compare yourself to yourself in the past. Keep improving and do it in a healthy way.
