  • The manaresso is a cleaver-like class of Italian tool used for chopping just about anything that needs to be chopped! This Piemonte pattern example resembles the traditional butcher's cleaver, but is a much more omnivorous tool capable of breaking down sapling trees or chickens with equal ease. The traditional stacked leather handle wicks away sweat from the hands for a secure grip even under extended use.
