    This is the definitive, the quintessential version of The Wind In The Willows!
    What's more is they also made 5 seasons of a sequel TV series that's even better; season 1 is a little ropey but season 2 onwards is an absolute masterpiece!

    Thank you for uploading this little gem of a film! Such beautiful animation. I loved watching it as a child, although the scene with the weasels in the Wild Wood used to scare the living daylights out of me. 😂

      Yes, same here. It's very well directed but it's still quite intense and frightening. Gave me nightmares for years

    The animation is gorgeous. I love stop motion animation because i know its an absolute nightmare to work with but the end result is beautiful, i love the clothes and the way the insects move which would have taken months upto a year to get right. The weasels remind me of how travellers are often depicted and who are called gypsies because of it. Romani are not like this but then again stereotypes. I wonder if any of the models are still around?
