I have to agree with the above comments. Written instructions would be so helpful. Also, instead of music, have some narration on what is done. I can turn the music off, but with the speed of the video it is hard to follow what is shown.

You can slow down the video speed. Click the fear icon and choose playback speed, then click 0.5
