I love how everyone is in denial over how Seele's name is pronounced lol. How they said it here was right as that's how it's said in German which is the origin of her name.
That's not really even close to the German pronunciation /ˈzeːlə/ whereas the EN dub goes more for something like /ˈzi:la/
Which is fine I guess, I've heard worse renditions in dubs (poor Klee!)

Accent is a thing and i’m pretty sure we do not pronounce it as how we should, 70% of the players can’t even pronounce chinese wording right.

Fun fact: These characters can be found with one or two lines from EN and JP VAs and a short written intro on the official site and have been there for quite some time now.
I actually figured out Amber May was Dehya when I listened to her Star Rail character's voice and distinctly heard Dehya in it.
Genshin characters who share VAs with Honkai characters in EN:

I gotta say I look forward to seeing more of these "easter eggs" as the official site updates with new characters. I particularly liked Alejandro as Cyno and Felicia as Mona so I'm interested to see them here as well (especially seeing as Hook sounds so differently I might not have noticed it's the same person if it wasn't written there), but the sheer contrast of Nilou and Arlan in voice and all the other characters in personality makes me really excited to see differences in the voices as well.

I wonder if Hoyo have a optimization for changing the camera view during combat and certain characters might have certain animation/voiceline on certain enemies/bosses they fight against with. Like Serval might have a strong/competitive voiceline into the robots but have a softer/sad voiceline on the corrupted soldiers

At first I wasn't planning on pulling for Seele compared to the Standard cast, but hearing she can multi-attack and stealth sound like they'd be literally OP for this kind of game.

This is so exciting! I’m going to have to wait to play this when it comes out on PS5, but I’m just happy it’s coming to consoles at all! My PC can handle Honkai Impact 3rd, but idk about this.
I'm hyped for this game for months now and I can't wait for the official release. I grew up with turn-based combat games, so this is right up my alley. Another thing: I wasn't there for the launch of Genshin Impact, so Honkai: Star Rail will be special to me in that regard. I'm just hoping that I'm not in the hospital on April 26th - I want at least to play the start of the game on my PC, please. I'm waiting for Kafka, Dan Heng, Welt, Clara, Blade and Jing Yuan.

Take note that the male and female MC are same stat at level 1, not like in Genshin both Travelers are not same stats at level 1 😊

2- Are you going to be up to date with the game, or somewhat behind like you do with Genshin?

1: Yes, and yes. All HoYoverse games that I intend to stream (Genshin, Honkai Impact 3rd, Star Rail, Zenless) will have edited playthrough videos posted to THIS channel.
2: Unlike Genshin, which is only behind because this channel didn't exist when I started playing it, I'm aiming to be as up-to-date with Star Rail as I can be. This doesn't mean that video will be posted within 24 hours of my stream or anything, but with the help of my current editor (or potentially hiring another one), I'd like to maintain all of my content being uploaded within the same patch cycle that I started it in. Of course, that means that I'd need to be editing as much as I'm streaming, so footage and content doesn't get overwhelming. Long story short, I'll try to be as present as possible with HSR, but it won't be as far back as Genshin is.

@@MurderofBirdsImpact well, yes, that’s the reason why the correct pronunciation is “She-ur” (zel-eh is japanese, the game is chinese which is why the correct pronounciation is not zel-eh, i mistyped). If we do get Eng dubs in honkai impact, and i think in about 6-8 months we gonna get it, then she will be “Zeela”, assuming that’s how they pronounce it in it. for now zeela is, for hi3rd, technically a wrong pronounciation
I don't think it's that deep. At least, not from my gaming perspective. If that's how they're pronouncing it, and I'm playing the English dub...when in Rome.

As for how important he is in the story?
He has made more appearances far later in the games story so hes kind of important.
As the EN voice actor said, hes a big fan of adventure, hes 1 of the only 2 characters that actually traveled from Honkai’s universe, into star rails.

It looks cool, but I worry the ultimate animations will get old
SPEED is going to be the GOD STAT of this game. It determines the number of turns one could do in a single cycle, and the sequence of attacks/turns for a specific combo. My hellish Onmyoji experience is coming back to me.
Same as Dislyte. And there is PVP, so the meta is rigged day 1.
dw there's no pvp afaik (played a beta and it doesn't seem like that's changed from this showcase) so while speed will be important, unlike other gachas like onmyoji or epic7 it's not going to be an all consuming grind for speed when it's just pve challenges.

I'm legit hyped for Star Rail because the concept looks fun and I love turn based combat.
The only thing I'm actively hoping for is that the game keeps the HI3 connections and references to a minimum. I played around 2 hours of HI3 and I have 0 interest in going back to it so it would be extremely annoying to have no clue what's happening in this new game just because I haven't played the other game, and so far the fact that there are around 5 or 6 characters from Impact 3rd here is making me pretty worried.

I guess star rail going to be slow paced fight considering all the ult take times and all the loading screen since it's not open world like genshin in term of exploration, kinda curious with the story tho

That is rather odd to say. To want someone else to do something you'd prefer when you could just choose the male MC yourself, lol. Everything is up to interpretation and preference, but I never say the male as aggressive and the female as laid-back since there's barely anything to go off to know if they'll have similar or differing personalities lol.

All the ultimate is cool at first but after 30+ ultimate . i wanna skip it
