You are yapping about the same thing over and over.
Let me break it down for you. Companies don't care about ideology, men, women, gender, feminism etc. they care about profit.
There are ratings agencies who rate organisations and one of the "major" data points for that them is "diversity". It is relatively easy to implement this and get a bump in rating. Why they do this? To get clients. Why do clients refer to this kind of list? Again the same reason. Some other rating companies will rate them based on who they do business with. It is a feedback loop.
