We need more indie films. There'd be more freedom to produce content that follows one's own vision, with a lack of interference. I think there are too much limitations in Hollywood, it's making entertainment less captivating.
My brother is an indie film maker and trust me indie films generally just suck.

certain websites contribute to the same content, for little to no money, at fhd resolution; 4K in rare cases, and in the comfort of your own home...the only draw back would be to wait a week or a month to see the same content which is preferred bcs you have more options available...you could say that some cinemas would be nearly empty enough to enjoy the movie in the seats you would like best based on acoustics...
I have no desire to support anything Hollywood. I will pick and choose the right things for me to watch. Not them. The beginning of the end for me was once these so called celebrities started demanding that everyone get an injection…after that everything fell apart in my eyes.
Unfortunately people are still consuming Disney.

Not me or our household. We've switched to watching BritBox (older BBC stuff) on Prime. We do OTA TV, and when something gets too tedious and obnoxious, it's not watched or recorded anymore.

The free market doesn’t actually exist and people who believe in it are to naive to realize that it doesn’t regulate it self either. Any intellectually honest economist knows America has a mixed economic system exhibiting characteristics of both capitalism and socialism.
Such a mixed economy embraces the free market when it comes to capital use, but it also allows for government intervention for the public good. A mixed economic system combines capitalist and socialist ideals allowing the protection of private assets; while simultaneously allowing liberty in using capital and federal intervention in financial decision-making. Belief in the free market is like believing in unicorns.😄😆😩
