On a positive note, just installed your PRO-SPEC scaler shocks (6316-02) front & rear on my TRX-4 Defender, after contacting proline tech went with a 70wt oil. Fully detailed weighing in at 19lbs regained my ride height. Along with your flat iron xl tires / closed cell foam combination now have a crawler which is a joy to utilize regardless of the terrain. Thanks for the support and offering such a great product!!!

I have the proline xmaxx shock
shafts. And they leak. I can’t find any support or help about it either. I have assembled my shocks properly, The xmaxx proline shock lowers just leak And i’m not sure why? And because these shocks do NOT have a rubber wipe they feel super gritty after driving the truck. I am pretty disappointed in the proline xmaxx shafts so far.
When I assemble my proline shafts, how tight do I tighten the lower nut that holds the seals in place of the cartridge? Do I hand tighten that black aluminum
Nut? Or use a wrench and torque it down a little ?? Please help me guys. No one seems to know how to build these properly.

I have them on my xmaxx. One kit only comes with 2 spring seperators so note that, can only use 2 springs of each upper and lower, if u want front and rear u need 2 kits.. kinda dumb. But ya. I like the setup i have but woulda been cool to use other springs on the front.. but i cant find seperators seperate to purchase. Deff not buying another kit for them.

    • @ProLineRacingYT

      Hi @sam lynn,
The SC shocks are not intended for crawlers, but it may be possible to make the combination work.
If you are simply looking for a longer shock for your crawler, we do offer the the Pro-Spec Scaler Shocks in a longer 105-110mm length that would fit your crawler perfectly.
