  • In this video I am just testing out some of the products that I have before we embark on yet again a second dose of cardwelling. This times feels different but I’m just as excited. With the way everything is going in the world right now, I want to be as self sufficient as possible and be able to cook as much as possible in our vehicle using the Jackery 500 that I already have BUT will be upgraded in the future. Fingers cross for a 3,000 Jackery power station 🤞🏾

    Yes, these small space heaters are more than enough for my van (especially if the van is insulated).

    Your video was very informative, actually, the most informative I have seen without being complicated by a lot of info we don't need . 2 👍👍

      🙌🏾 Yes! They are definitely going to be a game changer. Today I saw a mini toaster oven by the brand Dash. It’s 550watts. Definitely would be a game changer. Thank you for watching 💙

    Thank you so much for this!
    I'm trying to preview and gather as much info as I can about as many small items I can for when I move in to my car.

      Hey 👋🏾 thank you for watching! Let me know if you have any questions. There was a lot that I didn’t share on here but I learned so much living in my car. I actually want to go back to the car once my lease is up lol

    Yes I needed to see this, I’m gonna start buying more cooking ideas soon. Love the mini noodle cooker, that’s would be just enough for my lil crew.
    My fav meal to cook on the road is grill hot dog and chicken wings lol

      Thanks for watching 🙌🏾 and yes, go pick you one up from Wally World lol. My mom and I love to get wings on Fridays. It’s a little tradition of ours.

    There are water heaters that plug in the 12v plug/lighter. I think it’s called a jet boil.

    • @thefragranceapothecary7281
      @thefragranceapothecary7281 Před rokem

      Sorry I’m wrong. The jet boil uses canisters. The Spardar (on Amazon) plugs into you lighter/Jackary.

    Thank you for testing those items. I just purchased the little mini the one that cooks noodles and thought it would work on my little portable power station now that you tried it I know it will not work. I love all the little minis. I love breakfast omelets I can always fill them with vegetables. Thank you have a blessed day

    I love your videos ❤ My favorite meal to cook is burrito bowls. Basically a copycat chipotle bowl. I lasts me a few meals and is budget friendly. 🎃

      Thank you ❤️ I’ve never had a burrito bowl 🙃 I need to try it because I love tacos and burritos!!!

    If you have 100% how many hours would in run? I have a Jackery 240 and use a box fan sometimes but cuts off sometime during the night. I wake up from being too hot🤦

    I hope you do know that it is a government law that has had the wattage on there if it's not on the box it is and on the paper

    • @FreeSpiritMom
      @FreeSpiritMom  Před rokem +1

      When shopping online, you don’t get to the paper before you buy. My mini crockpot said 1,500 via Amazon and it ended up being only 300watts. Not everyone is able to go directly to the store and open the box to check for wattage before they purchase

    How do you charge your jackery while on the road? I will have to find somewhere like McDonalds or Starbucks. I feel like they might tell me not to do that though. 😂

    • @FreeSpiritMom
      @FreeSpiritMom  Před rokem +3

      Starbucks shouldn’t have an issue since people charge their laptops and spend hours there but a lot of people go to the library. I just charge it on my car while driving (cigarette lighter). And when I visit friends, I make sure I bring it in to charge. I don’t let it get low but I know the winter I’m going to be using it way more. I’ve seen outdoor outlets as well but never used them because I don’t like people in my business 🤣
