- The title says it all! This Smith & Wesson Model 36 revolver is documented by serial number as purchased by the "King of Rock n Roll." Elvis had a real-life penchant for shooting TV sets, and we thought it would make the King smile for one of his revolvers to take up its old pastime.
In 2017, we auctioned his highly embellished Colt Python for $172,500, as well as a similarly decorated S&W 19-2 for $195,500. What will Elvis' much simpler Model 36 bring at auction?

Elvis has left the range.
The 1st S&W Remote Control
Can’t wait to see Kevin Hogan’s video on the TVs.
From the Joel Kolander collection, TVs shot with Elvis Presley’s Chief Special. Condition and rarity, condition and rarity, those are now truly benchmarks of historic TV collection.
That Was Fantastic 💨🔫😀 Joel
Joel, you obviously had a lot fun that day.
I'll remember this one a loooong time. 😁
Great 👍🏼 vídeo
Is that the revolver he used to shoot his De Tomaso Pantera?
We've all had the urge to do that.
I mean, have you watched The View?
@@RockIslandAuctionCompany No, I have not.
Looks like the Kevin Hogan range to me... 👍👍
What range are you at? I couldn’t make out what you said on the video...thanks
How did RIA come by this..? Who's collection was this in..?
Was the machine gun he owned a Thompson? I feel like I remember reading somewhere he had one. Was it registered or illegal?
Wasn't this gun on an episode of sons of guns?
This would be the fate of all TVs if I had my druthers.
The King was shooting with gold plated engraved bullets. lol
Pretty cool stuff. This is gonna be way out of my price league though. I’d rather buy a decent transferable machine gun or ten.
it interesting if they would have been plugged in and playing
One of his best friends said it was a .22 he shot at the hotel, who knows?
My favorite thing Elvis Presley ever shot was his car. and apparently he shot it cuz it wouldn't start
A Pantera no less!
It would have been nice if they had been plugged in.
You’d think Elvis would have had a better engraver that did better gold inlay, looks like someone used an etching tool and brass powder.
9:20 girls legs in the bottom right tv

@@BROTRRer unless it's a girly man.??.. It's a chick, duh.
