I think that's exactly the problem because there are some men/women who only in love for their outside appearence without getting to know them first since they don't know if this person is kind or cruel. In fact this reminds me of the greek mythical story of Psyche a princess who's beauty rival of Aphrodite the goddess of love and every man wanted to marry Psyche and not care about getting to know for who she is on the inside but she did end up with Eros ( Aphrodite's son) and happily married. So my point from this story that the girl did finally found someone in the end who like her for the person she is on the inside.
