Can I use without connecting to energy if how many days it can stay with charge

@@ANOther-yx6pl I also got the 2 pack. But it's sucks really bad! Mine only records for 10secs MAX and only records 10% of things . I have a 128gb SD and I also bought the Cloud Service but my truck got hit in the driveway last night, right in front of my camera but didn't record any thing.
@@rynoX88 hey Ryno, I figured it out. Well... It works for me. On your home page. There's the two camera views. Above each one is a thing that looks like a nut to me, click on the nut looking thing. Then click on motion detection. Then click Duration and you can set it to 20 seconds. Your Detection should be set on high.i have cool down time set to 10 seconds.
What is happening for me is... I am getting a bunch of 20 second clips. So, if someone is walking past my house. It takes normal people about 40 seconds to go by. I get two 20 second video clips. A slower person I will get 3 .20 second clips. If someone is walking with a dog. The camera will record them as soon as they are in view of the camera. By the time they get to about half way, that's a 20 second clip. Then the next 20 second video starts. That 20 second clip is usually of the dog sniffing my yard. The third 20 second video clip is usually of the dog crapping in my yard. The fourth 20 second clip is of the dog and dog owner walking away.
That camera is set up to catch my front yard. My other camera is at my front door. The path to my front door is about 10 feet. The camera will record someone walking up the path and knocking on the door. That's a 20 second video clip. The next 20 second clip is of the person standing at the door waiting for me to open the door. The next 20 second clip is of me opening the door and finding out why this person is at my door..
Know what I'm saying? I might have 5 or 6 different 20 second video clips saved of one incident.
I do have to have the motion detector set on high to catch everything. If it's set on medium or low, I don't get the whole incident.

Have seen a couple of cats, my dogs, when I am out front. And had a bee buzzing around right in front of it. It works very well. It even shows the neighbour's driveway, but only shows movement just past my own, which is very long. I highly recommend them.
I have had this for a few months. I now have an issue on playback and the screen is green with no picture. Any tips to fix? Sorted it. Issue was with the iphone

Great vid. Very helpful. One question though. Our new camera might need to point where we sit in our rocking chairs on front porch. Can we turn the camera off while we're in the area without having to reset the camera settings?

Awesome! I already have enough cameras connected to WiFi that ADT setup and was wondering will this camera still work with just adding the Micro SD card without connecting to WiFi? I just got the camera and I see you can insert the Micro SD Card, but I am also afraid once I put it in the deep slot I won't be able to retrieve the Micro SD Card because I don't see an eject button or maybe I am over-looking it.
No eject button, just press the card again and it will come out. Sometimes I used a pin to press it and eject the SD cards. You will have to setup the camera on your wifi but it won't bother the ADT system at all.

battery lasts a while.. make sure you change your motion settings to curb the time down for recording and cool down between videos... i added 128 sd cards to all of our cameras

HI I bought 2 camera the Topvision model but I did not know it was only able to be used on a 2.4 g wifi.. I have 5 ... is there a way to change this ? to connect it
So your router should be putting out a 2.4 and 5Ghz wifi. So it should connect with no problems. For example, I have a Nest WiFi with the same name for both network and didn't have any issues. The device just picks the 2.4 automatically since it won't work with the 5Ghz.
if there is power outage in ur home and ur wifi is down for like 5 mins, can you still watch the motion detected footages or get any notifications while ur at work

About 4 hours and yes, the light goes solid I believe. It flashes while charging.

@@pryme2013 yes, I contacted the sales department and the sales representative told me that these camera models do not have the 24h recording function, they only record events. The point is that the battery wouldn't last very long on continuous recording, there must be power available at all times

Due to it having a battery, it won't record 24/7 to the SD card. The SD card is best for a power or Internet outage.
How do I shut the camera off with my phone. I have other cameras. On my smart phone, I can shut the cameras off easily. Right away, off and on .

It is a built in rechargeable battery like cell phones have. You would just charge it 100% and the app will tell you when the battery is low or when the camera is offline. Then you just recharge it.
Nice camara but can't use SD card, keep repeating format your SD card,any suggestions.?
Sadly I am not 100% sure on this one. I would try to power cycle the camera, and try a different SD Card if you have an extra one laying around. That didnt happen with my Class 10 Microcenter SD Cards. They just went in and worked.

Sadly you would want to get with the company and get a replacement camera. I'm pretty sure they have a 1 year warranty, so they should send you one for free. (Pretty sure that lol)

Unfortunately It’s impossible. It only records after motion is detected! It sucks. That information should be on the box and Amazon description.

Yes, It can be viewed from anywhere as long as your Home Internet is working, The Camera is powered on and your Phone has either 4G or WiFi Internet. :)

I have this set up, and I like it, but I'm still trying to figure out how to assign a different alert noise as it chimes in the same as a text message and it chimes in if the wind blows, so its constantly going off with alerts which is annoying as hell. The phone store doesn't know how to change this, as they are probably $8 an hour employees and couldn't care less about customer service. If you have a simple solution for an android based phone, I'm all ears, I haven't really spoken to anyone with any basic knowledge of this issue that knows what to do with it, and I'm not exactly all that "tech savvy" to begin with, being an old man.

It should .... But depending on how many people are in your area accessing T-Mobile at that moment, accessing these cameras may be very slow compared to traditional home internet.

I can't recall the name but I thought I showed the QR code in the video. You may be able to scan it if you pause the video at that moment.
My camera isn't recording everything. 90% of things I need recorded don't work. I used the SD card first w 128gb. I bought the Cloud Storage but still doesn't record anything. I need help!
hey, I think I have the same and I don't understand it either. only events when motion is detected are recorded, and I don't know where the recordings are between events. in the description of the camera it says that it records all the time, but where are these recordings? in the application you can find it in the card video pane, but there is no video available in between the detected motion

The battery might have died. Id try to turn it off and back on again, and if that don't work try to plug it into a charger.

If you have a memory card in, it should still record but you would not be able to access it or view from your phone of course.

I am not sure. Either a server side issue on their end and its not sending the email, or the email is wrong or going to spam/junk folder.
