Hi there, looking for a bit of honesty here FM. Paul did use a MacKenzie NX1 rod I believe, but recently I read he has become an ambassador for Hardy and commented on using the Ultralite Sintrix. I was considering buying what will be my last rod but now I feel confused. Would Paul like to comment?

Maybe easier without knots. Just use a 12ft tapered leader.
