So very sorry that you lost your child to this world. I lost a beautiful 25 year old nephew (who was finally getting his life together) to fentanyl poisoning when he decided to use heroine "just one more time." It ended his life. I can't begin to imagine what you've been through. I only know that pain from an Aunt's perspective. I'm so glad you're starting to heal and that you're finding comfort in Christian music like this. God truly is there to help us heal.
Praying for you, so sorry for your pain. I pray Jesus holds you tight with the comfort and peace that surpasses all understanding and only He can give!!!

I loved June's little "debut" moment there! It was also super cool to see that this is kind of a whole family thing now instead of mostly just Clair and her dad.
The video started out strong from the beginning but I became a sobbing mess when June sang her part. I cried through the rest of it, and I don’t cry easily. This was incredibly moving. You are such a beautiful, talented family. Claire you have such depth when you perform, you convey so much emotion. The maturity it takes to welcome your younger siblings into your world of performing is moving. I love how you celebrate them rather than wanting all the attention to yourself. You are such a wonderful example of how a big sister should treat her younger siblings. Your lack of insecurity is definitely a sign of good parenting. Well done all of you!

Claire has always pushed her Dad, now she's inspiring the rest of the family. You must be new to the family, maybe you need to do some homework & learn how they started.
@@crash9632 I think it's good to be concerned about parents forcing their kids to perform, because a lot of people online do fall into this category. However, one of the reasons I still watch the Crosby's is because they don't seem to do that. For instance, they've mentioned a couple of times that Carson has a good singing voice, but is not comfortable singing on camera. And they've respected that -- he's never forced to go out of his comfort zone, though if he ever does want to do something on camera (like play guitar or hum) they celebrate his talent and hype him up. Or for instance with June, while Claire was making full music videos at age 3, June is at 5 only making a small cameo, not because she isn't talented, but because she is a lot more rambunctious and energetic than Claire, and while Claire likes making music videos June doesn't really have the patience/desire to spend the time filming a full video.
I don't say this to at all suggest that Carson and June are in any way "wrong" for not wanting to perform more, not all kids do. Rather, I find it refreshing to see how Ashley and Dave are able to be considerate of each of their children's individual wants and needs. Even with Claire, it was mentioned once when she was younger that they picked the songs based on what she wanted to sing -- which is why videos weren't always released when a song was at the height of its popularity and a cover might have done well: if Claire didn't feel like doing a video of it then, then they wouldn't.

I see this and think about Claire and Dave sitting in a boat singing Tangled and I’m blown away by how far you all have come… Claire playing TWO instruments, her voice growing and maturing, the entire family getting involved. Great job everyone!! You are blessing everyone with your gifts!
Three: ukulele, guitar, and piano … maybe even bass, since Carson now plays bass, too. They all seem to start out with the ukulele, though. Only the family can verify who-all plays what, though. 💚

It's funny that I read your reply to my reply just moments after struggling within a online system where you leave a request in a box (and unlike most boxes this one didn't give me a word limit nor did it just stop allowing me to continue typing at any point ... Truly beautiful! I'm in tears. When I seen Claire, I thought, WOW, she looks so mature and her voice has matured too! Then I seen June and my heart melted , then Carson, I was like, I didn't know that he could play the guitar. Then, Ashley sang and I was like, WOW, what a beautiful, unique sound.
