Jensen playing soccer and doing the science experiment was adorable! Bode plays so many sports I don’t know how he can remember which game he’s playing! Lol I was cracking up when Bre said that Emmy’s food combos were borderline poison. 😂 I REALLY hope that Derek doesn’t need surgery on his wrist. 🤞🏻
I'm healing a shoulder from a numerous head fracture that needed pins and a plate. So I feel your pain Hun. Just got out of the sling now doing a tone of rehab

Speaking from experience, I broke my ankle and also heard a POP! Thought it was the bone but it was actually a tendon or ligament. Wasn't able to get it repaired (doing parent care) and it has hurt me every day for 8+ years. Get the surgery if you need it so you don't end up being in pain forever. Hope it heals though!

I tore a ligament in my thumb many years ago and tried a brace, it didn't help. It wasn't strong enough to put up with daily life. I requested a cast and after 5 weeks in that, it healed enough to avoid the surgery..
