This band is pure class. I worked as Sade’s production assistant on her tour. I was fortunate to have such a great opportunity at a young age. I’ll never forget it! Stuart Matthewman and Ryan Waters on guitars.. they were all amazing!

I was thinking that they didn’t make the solo longer because it was one of the new songs at the time. If the song had been older, they would’ve probably fleshed it out more like they did with the older hits on this tour.

Stuart Matthewman is one of my very favorite musicians. His sax playing is utterly sublime. His guitar playing is quite varied, from ultra subtle notes to heavy rock chords a la Tony Iommi (one of his influences). Here in the outro solo, he plays somewhat heavy, but finds gorgeous notes and tones, reminiscent, to my ear, of Buck Dharma.
Stewart is the consummate musician, his sax blowing is tops

I don’t know if major is a sufficient quantifying term for Hershels. In 2001 I saw her at the national car rental center in Fort Lauderdale and I wore a tuxedo to the show and I was not overdressed. Into thousand 11, I saw her in Miami and sat in the night row for the most amazing sure I have ever seen in my life. It’s 2021 and I am impatiently waiting for the next blessing to come from heaven. There’s no one that compares to Sade and her band in the experience that fans enjoy at her live performances. No one compares. Truly a legend!
