Are #CARBS your life? Or did you try other diets before? 🍕🍞🥗
Carbs forever!
More research needs to be done in why is Garmin so different from actual Lab testing Imo
@eduardclaudiufadgyas3365 let's see at the end of the test 😁
@@crankandsprints Make sure you're fully fat adapted before doing any serious tests. It takes around 6 months on average. I suggest researching Tim Noakes, Jeff Volek and Stephen Phinney who have already done some studies on low-carb endurance athletes.
@palosamo thank you for the advise, I'm going to check then now. The plan that I'm following is a PhD Reasearch, so I have all days and test days scheduled by them. On my normal diet and also during my keto diet. On this video they wanted to have my date before starting the Keto to compare it later 🙂
I can answer this. Carbs are life. Eat your carbs and other yummy plants 😊
I love them too. I am just testing the Keto for performance. But I miss my carbs already 😁
Carbon is life. There are essential amino acids and essential fatty acids but carbohydrates are optional.
More research needs to be conducted to see why garmin vo2 max is so different from lab testing
Just because my Vo2Max is higher than you Garmin 😂
Garmin estimates via algorithms including HR and pace meanwhile the Vo2 max tested in the lab is a breath to breath calculation, meaning the gas analyser measures the volume of oxygen inspired and carbon dioxide expired, giving the RER ratio ( respiratory exchange ratio)
@matteomagagnin8407 which has a 100% of precision I believe right?
Garmin can't have that level of precision, but is also quite far imho, probably better data for people using it 24/7
But not comparable to the lab test at all
