I'm not sure about Bangalore..but I m writing the known information from Bangalore to shridi..
From Bangalore to Kopargoan by train
and from Kopargoan to sainagar by cab
Chennai to pune to sainagar:
From Chennai egmore 6.20 AM Tuesday to pune junction 1.55 AM Wednesday train..From there(dadar train name I think) pune 3.30 AM to sainagar shridi 9.30 AM Wednesday...

You can use direct train from Chennai central 10.20 AM Wednesday to sainagar 11.25 AM Thursday train
