As soon as we docked and made our way to the small town we were instantly rushed by Long tail boat captains to offer us a private boat tour of our choice. First starting off checking out monkey beach, then Maya bay then a few other different snorkeling places.

Did you decide where you wanted to go yourselves or did you book the typical islands tour?
We made our own little tour. Which is basically a typical tour 😅 minus a few spots. They will let you choose what places you want to visit. Most places you want to see are a tourist hotspot

You can just book a boat when you get there! There was so many long tail boats, I doubt you wouldn’t be able to find one
Hello, I would like to ask. We have the plan to take photos for our pre-wedding. In your opinion, are there photographers there? And can we stand on the long tail boat for taking photos with James bonds island behind? Please we need ever of your advice. Thank you
As far as photographers go I have no idea. But yes, I’m pretty sure they’ll let you stand on the long tail boat and take photos no problem if you rent the boat. I was all over the boat front and back standing on everything and he didn’t care. But if you’re not looking for a tour, then you can just flip him couple hundred baht just to take some photos and I’m sure he wouldn’t care. Who knows if you just ask, he might do it for free. There’s so many long tail boats there so you’ll have no problem finding one.
