This is a review of the GI Joe teams famous first sergeant, Duke. First available in 1983 as a mail-away, he was later offered at retail in 1984. Also available in 1985 with a VHS tape and a JC Penney 3-pack with Snow Job and Blowtorch. There is also an odd variant with long sleeves, which I have a few theories about. I chose to do a review of this action figure for my 10th anniversary slot due its excellent design (it's one of my personal top 10 Joes) as well as his place as one of the most recognizable GI Joes of all time.
